Apothecary Jars

I get lots of “hits” on my blog from people who searched for seasonal apothecary jars, etc. Instead of making people work for it to find all my ideas for jar fillers, I made a college of all my displays. Well, all the ones I photographed anyways. The most recent ones I did were the Patriotic / 4th of July jars which I posted about over the weekend.

So which ones do you like best?  Are there any you hate?  Tons and tons of people pin the red and white holidays ones on Pinterest and since I posted them on Sunday, lots of people have pinned my 4th of July jars!  It’s so fun to be able to share your ideas with people (and also steal other peoples ideas). Oh, and in case you were wondering, I got the jars from Costco years ago around the holidays. I believe the set was like $30. I am kicking myself for my buying more sets because I have not seen them again in years. I don’t even want to think what might happen is they break?? Makes me nervous just typing it…

I LOVE them! I tried to talk future hubs into having a candy buffet at the wedding just so that I can buy them. But he said no. So, guess I’m just going to have to buy them anyway. He didn’t say no to that! I love how you change them up so they always look fresh!

Don’t even ask! Just pretend they were a gift! LOL!

I have a set of jars out that are different than that but they are full of candy 🙁 However I have pretty much that exact set of jars from Sams several years ago still in the box in my closet! I’ll have to look at the brand and see if they can be found online…

I love. **If** they ever break…you can get some similar ones at Home Goods – they sell them individually and always carry them 🙂

Love your ideas!! You have helped my creative thoughts to flow.. so here is a question… I am tired of my 4th of July fillers and ready to move to next season.. but fall fillers are just too early for August (and it is soo hot to think about fall).. I thought of apples and pencils, but I am stuck. Any creative ideas? My 5 year old said little teachers. 🙂 I do have the beach theme in on room, but need to fill some others in the family room..

I love your ideas. Where did you find those great jars? Any suggestions where I can find similar jars?

Thanks Jennifer! Please post if you come across anything like those … really great sizes and shapes! I live in CA so I’ll keep checking Costco.

I am green with envy over your ruby slippers, I would love to find out where you found them. On another note, previously tv had a complete rehash of Tersea and Joes interview. I enjoyed reading the forum posts more than the actual interview. They are soooo dumb, just really dumb.
