Today I’m smiling because:
~It’s Saturday and it’s a 3-day weekend with all of my boys. Federal holidays are great!! If you work somewhere that observes them anyways (I never did).
~ Our new debit cards came in the mail yesterday. No sign of a pin number, but the cards are a start for sure.
~The forecast is predicting snow next week. I totally hope it’s true.
~L and I had fun at his field trip (to a paint your own pottery place) yesterday where he created the craziest Buzz Light Year ever. So many colors. So much paint! I can’t even believe it dried.
~I was browsing Pinterest last night and stumbled across my Easter apothecary jars. Umm, they’ve been repined almost 2000 times. How crazy is that?
~B is the best. Even after a long day of work and school, he’s still game to take a peek at whatever boxes I got in the mail that day and discuss them with me. Last night he tried on the wrap from the PopSugar box. And then let me take a picture and post it on MUT. He’s so funny.
~Target’s after Valentine’s Day clearance sale started yesterday and I am going to check it out later. It’s only 50% off right now, but I need to do some scouting. I’ll report back 😉
What’s got you smiling today?
I couldn’t live without my debit card. I think Canadians are a little different that way though. I never carry cash and I try to never use my credit card unless it’s an emergency.

I’m excited to see what you find at Target. I did some scouting yesterday, but the one location I went to was pretty wiped out. I will be sure to check several others once things go 70% and 90%. Hopefully I can hold off on purchasing anything until the 90% because none of it is stuff I actually need right now, just stocking stuffers and birthday presents for later. I’m hoping to score some of the stuffed animals.
When you go scouting today will you see if they still have the Starbucks Mug set that has the mug and pack of coffee??? I will send you the money it costs! Really wanting it and I don’t think any of my Targets have it anymore! Please and Thank You!
I found nothing good at either of the two targets closest to me…so lame. But I did get amazing Halloween and Xmas goodies.
