Eek! I was surprised to find a Men’s GLOSSYBOX for Bergdorf Goodman in my mailbox today! Turns out it was sent from GLOSSYBOX to me (well B) and I couldn’t be more excited about it.
If you aren’t familiar with GLOSSYBOX, it is a women’s beauty subscription box.  For $21/month you will receive five (sometimes more) luxury surprise beauty items delivered to your door every month.  And every once in a while they will offer a Men’s Limited Edition Box like this GLOSSYBOX for Bergdorf Goodman box!  This box, which was $40, is recommended for Father’s Day and is still available for purchase.
GLOSSYBOX ships via USPS and took just a few days to arrive! Â I ordered a box for B as well (I cannot resist these Bergdorf boxes) and I do not believe that one has shipped yet.
The GLOSSYBOX Limited Edition boxes are typically (always?) the same size as the regular monthly boxes. Â This one was no exception and, yes, I will be saving it.
The contents of the box were revealed when it was released for sale, but I couldn’t remember what was all included.
As I mentioned, this Limited Edition Men’s GLOSSYBOX Box was a collaboration with Bergdorf Goodman and included the following items:
~Caron Pour Un Homme dr Caron Eau de Toilette ($11.63): I have never heard of this before, but it smells quite good. Â It’s described as “lavender heart blended with vanilla, musk and amber”. Â A very unique, but good combination!
~Jack Black Double-Duty Face Moisturizer SPF 20 ($12.72): I know B has used products from this line before and is always happy with them. Â I am not sure what he’s currently using for a moisturizer, but I think he’d be open to switching if he loves this enough.
~Maison Francis Kurkdjain Aqua Universalis ($12.40): This scent is for everyone and everything. Â You or your significant other can wear it. Â Or you can use it as a room spray, sheet spray, etc. Â I tested it on myself and if B doesn’t want this one, I do! Â It smells amazing.
~Montale Aoud Forest Eau de Parfum ($8.50): I was a tad worried about this box because it was a little scent heavy (not that it stopped me from ordering though), but I have to say, all these scents are amazing. Â I didn’t really get the forest scent from this, but I did get a bit of the marine scent!
~Recipe for Men Antiperspirant Deodorant ($22): I can only hope that B doesn’t fall in love with this because $22 for deodorant is a tad much. Â LOL! Â But it does smell great and every site I have seen it on gives it great reviews. Â Maybe this will be B’s special occasion deodorant.
~Tom Ford Intensive Purifying Mud Mask ($4.24): I am always trying to get B to do one of my LUSH masks with me, but he never does. Â But a mask of his own? Â He’ll be down for that!
~Bergdorf Goodman Gift Card ($25): Just like the May GLOSSYBOX (the Women’s one), this box also includes a $25 Bergdorf Goodman gift card! Â I am going to help B spend his gift card for him ;). Â Oh, and I should mention that this is good through 7.15.14.
All totaled I came up with a value of $96.49 for the Men’s GLOSSYBOX for Bergdorf Goodman box. Â I am totally pleased with this box and am looking forward to getting our second one in the mail! Â B will use every single one of these products (he. Â I thought the sample sizes were very generous and will certainly give you multiple uses!

have you heard anything about stacking the GCs?
It lets you stack them. I only tried with the two I have, but it worked! I want to save someone said that 5 was the max? I might be making that up though.

Did you know that up to 1/3 of men’s fragrances are sold to women for their own use? I also read the remarks of a French perfumer that there aren’t any fragrances that are feminine or masculine per se as they’re all used for both categories. It’s more about the marketing than anything else.
I did not know that! That makes complete sense though and I like that thought. Scents can smell so different on different people so I get it!
