First Look

I vaguely recall seeing spoilers for this one, but I was still shocked to see such a packed box!  I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many pieces in a From the Lab box!

The Information Card

The July 2014 From the Lab theme was the “Summer Essentials Collection” and was in celebration of their one year anniversary! The box included the following products to help you beat the heat and keep you focused on easy, breezy summer fun:

~Face Primer No. 327 (Member Cost: $19.95 / Est. Retail: $32.50): I don’t normally use a primer (I normally use bb cream and some mascara), but I am pretty intrigued by this.  It’s used before you do your makeup and makes your skin look visibly smoother and brighter.  I tried it without putting anything over it and I was impressed with the results.  Just don’t put on too much ;).

~Hair Mask No. 718 (Member Cost: $29.95 / Est. Retail: $75):  This can be used as a mask or as a deep conditioner.  For the mask you have to leave it on 10-30 minutes, but for the deep conditioner you just use like you would a regular conditioner but leave it in for 5 minutes.  I was kind of put off by the 30 minutes the mask would take to apply, however, I read farther and realized that it’s to be applied to dry hair which makes it way more doable.

~AM/PM Cleanser No. 586 (Member Cost: $29.95 / Est. Retail: $45):  Love!  This is applied with a cotton pad and doesn’t need to be rinsed off.  To me it’s the best of both worlds between a cleanser and facial wipes.

~Face Mask No. 598 (Member Cost: $14.95 / Est. Retail: $62.50): I am out of all my LUSH fresh masks, so this came at just the right time.  It made my skin feel very nice and smooth!

~Lip Primer No. 629 (Member Cost: $14.95 / Est. Retail: Unknown): This wasn’t on the information card so I am just considering it an added bonus!  I am going to pass it along to my Sister-in-Law with the next bunch of lipsticks I send her!  She’d be a much better just of the effectiveness of this one.

All totaled the retail value of these products totaled more than $255+!  That is an insane value and I have no idea where else you can get 5 full-sized high quality products for $29.95.  Amazing.  This is my favorite ever box from From the Lab and it’s fair to say I am beyond impressed!

I’ve always wondered with the product do the items have a list of ingredients on them?

I just subscribed thru your link & added the code GETFREE30. It gave me 3000 points, but I’m not sure how the points work-do you?

I don’t know??? Hopefully someone can answer!

You don’t use primer!? I forget which beauty guru said “its a crime not to prime!” but it’s true! lol Even I wear BB cream, I will use a primer. It makes your makeup stay so much longer and your face just will look flawless with a good primer! I literally have like 15 primers, and have tried even more, so let me know if you need some recommendations!

Ha! This cracked me up. I love that saying. I will remember that!
