I had no problems cancelling and will probably resub some point soon. I do everything by email with them. I have had several issues, missing boxes etc. but their customer service was always responsive and really made things right when things went wrong. I am leaning towards using this coupon code.

I’ve had no problem cancelling. I’ve cancelled and resubed a couple of times. You do have e-mail them, but they are usually quick to answer. They’ll ask what the reason is, but it’s always been quick and easy for me.

I wouldn’t call it difficult. It’s just that you have to speak with a actual person (the same person since I think they may be a one person CS) via email who asks your reason and then wants a confirmation. I think for people who cancel/re-sub a lot using coupons would feel like it was. It’s inconvenient when you usually sub with companies that allow you to cancel online.
You do have to cancel by a certain date. I cant remember when. I camcelled as soon as i received a box and still had to wait a whole month more bfr the cancellation was active which i had planned so didnt mind.
I guess what i meant to say, the billing is very early in the month, long before they ship. So even if you try to cancel you were probably billed and have to wait a month more.

They did! It was about a year ago. It was a fantastic box!
Yes, they have done Hawaii before, it’s disappointing and they couldnt do some other warm climate area. Whether their higher box or not, had to unsubscribe.
