Something Snacks, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly snack subscription box. Each month you receive seven different awesome snacks including some familiar snacks and some with a bit of adventure.
Something Snacks ships via USPS. boxes are shipped between the 7th and 11th of each month and it should take about 7-10 days to arrive to your home or office.
I didn’t recognize anything in the box, but it looked pretty good!
Happily, something snacks included an information card. Here is what was included in the November 2014 Something Snacks box:
~Jagabee Lightly Salted Potato Crisps: These are so good! I can’t believe I haven’t had them before. They aren’t overly salty which is good and they are nice and crispy!
~Coconut Patty: Meh. I don’t love coconut which is why I don’t love this. But if you liked coconut I am sure you would like this!
~Saya Snow Pea Crisps: These are similar to another snack I already love so I like these a lot too! They are something you may not think you you’d like unless you try it for yourself.
~KLASS Sandia Drink Mix: We have yet to make this drink, but I suspect that L will love it.
~Chocolate Covered Stars: I am not sure exactly how to describe these, but they remind me of cereal covered in chocolate. Which isn’t a bad thing at all!
I didn’t do a cost breakdown on this box, but I think that 7 snacks for $13 is a pretty good deal. And what’s even better is that Something Snacks is offering your first box free! Sounds like an interesting box. I was interested in trying, but when I put in the coupon code, it says “$13.00 ? Recurs monthly starting January 1, 2015”. Am I going to be charged for February before I get the January box?
I LOVE Jagabee!! It’s been my favorite snack since my first trip to Tokyo.
This sounds like a cool box. I enjoy trying food and snack boxes. I was wondering if I missed something, though. Potato crisps, coconut patty, snow pea crisps, drink mix, and chocolate covered stars. That’s five snacks, unless they gave you multiples. Still, I think it’s a pretty good deal. Some snack subs cost more for about the same quantity. This is a neat way to discover new things.
Hi! Something Snacks here. You will not be charged anything until the billing date which is January 1st and with the coupon, it’s $3 (shipping only). If you see 13.00 you probably need to go to the next page or… you might have not entered the coupon in correctly. Happy Snacking!
