~Good morning! This week is flying. Is it going to be like this from now until Christmas? I hope not! I don’t even have my tree up yet! And my shopping is no where close to being done. Oh, speaking of shopping, did you hear about this free gift thing Banana Republic is doing? Everyday from the 1st – 7th of December you can stop into Banana and pick up a free gift (no purchase necessary) while supplies last. If you happen to be near one you might as well swing in! (Thanks for the heads up on this one Judy)!
~Jury Duty went well. I got released a shortly after lunch when a few of the cases that were supposed to begin that day ended up settling at the last minute. Lunch, by the way, was like two hours. What? Who gets two hour lunches? Anyway, I am glad I didn’t try to get out of it and now can’t be called again for a year. And I am glad they had free wireless for us to use (I mean how else could I have posted my Stocking Stuffer Giveaway) and tvs to watch!
~Did you see Bobbi Thomas and her big news on the Today Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda yesterday? Eeek! I am so excited for her. I love all things about that show really and I almost cried when she said the IVF worked! Yeah! Also in baby news, did you hear that Jimmy Fallon and his wife had another one?? Eeek! Congrats to them!
~I haven’t done a “Currently…” post in a while so I thought I would share a few of my current obsessions! Right now I am loving satin nail polish (like Julep Lola), matching pjs for the kiddos, keyboard stickers, Timehop, Cadbury Christmas “Eggs”, Christmas lights, ice-skating (well watching it on tv), Advocare White Chocolate Peppermint Shakes (I’m not even going to link it because it sold out in like two seconds and won’t be back till next year) and moroccan wedding blankets (so gorgeous). What are you loving these days?
~I still have a few subscription boxes coming this week including Pantry Gourmets Bitebox, Estilo Cards, Julep (well the eyeshadow – it shipped separate from the polish), Junior Explorers, Koala Crate, Olfactif and a few more I can’t think of off the top of my head. I still have a bunch to catch up on too!

I always hated the long lunches at jury duty. I’m sure a lot of people liked them though.. but it makes the day longer. I recently learned that Walmart employees, at least at the one I shop at, get an hour for lunch! I’m pretty sure all of the places I’ve worked at only allowed 30 minutes, and one of them penalized you if you were even a minute over!
As for what I’m loving today.. Your recommendation for Unroll.Me!!! My inbox was getting really ugly but that made it SO easy to get rid of all the junk I’ve subscribed to! Either on purpose or accident (when I changed my address, USPS subscribed me to like 500 different stores that I’ve never even known exist). I was weeding them out one by one by searching “unsubscribe” but that took so long, I’d probably still be doing it in 2020. I thought about getting a new e-mail address too but I like my current one! So thanks for that recommendation!
You guys will love Koala Crate. We got the transportation one last week and both girls have spent so much time playing with the little truck that came with it.

I was just thinking about Bobbi the other day. I met her in the elevator of her building. She had a roomie at the time who got upset that Bobbi wouldn’t loan her some money after she saw her bank statement. She was quite frugal, and the roomie would later be part of a scandal. Smart move.
omggg, I love those cadbury eggs at easter time and had no idea they did them at Christmas too!! where oh where did you find them?? target?

Is advocare like Amway? I’ve never heard of it except on your site and i’m a little curious about the shakes…
Well, sort of. No one is ever going to come to your door trying to sell it to you though! If you want to try some of the shakes, just let me know and I will mail you some. You don’t want to buy a whole box and decide you hate them. I think I have vanilla, chocolate and maybe strawberry here? And the white peppermint, but don’t fall in love with those because they are sold out.
