~Good morning! L went off to work with B today for take your child to work day and I cannot wait to hear what L thinks. He’s gone to work with B before, but that was a while back so I don’t think he remembers. They have a lot of fun stuff planned and B’s going to take him somewhere fun for lunch so it should be a good day for him.
~I’ve got a few subscription boxes are on the way here still this week. I am expecting Bespoke Post, Five Four Club, Kiwi Crate, Koala Crate, Little Lace Box, MissionCute, NewBeauty TestTube, Treatsie and Wantable. And I have a bunch of other reviews to catch up on, so expect lots of posts the next few days.
~I used Baby Foot on Monday night and so far? Â Nothing. Â It was super easy to do. Â You just open the box and put the little booties on your feet and then put a pair of socks on over them so they stay on. Â I am not totally sure what’s in Baby Foot, but I know it took off my nail polish, so maybe don’t bother painting your nails before you use it. Â I’ll report back again on this on Sunday.
~In Lilly for Target news I am super happy to report that all my online orders have shipped! One has actually arrived already (the espadrilles below are one of the items I bought). I had heard some people were getting backorder notices and I am so happy that I didn’t.  But if you didn’t get what you wanted, don’t worry, you still could.  Items are getting returned (so start searching) and I have heard of some stray items getting delayed in shipping so they just hot to Target in the last few days.  I think it’s mostly been housewares (mugs, umbrellas, baskets, candle holders), but you never know what you’ll find.  If there is any Lilly left at your store it could be all grouped together in one section (either in woman’s or the household / garden section in the back) or it could be spread all over the store. If you want a bag, check the bag sections, shoes?  Check the shoe section. You never know what you’ll find. Or it could be at the Returns counter.  Just ask them.  If am sure you won’t be the first (or last) person to!
~Just a few subscription box things.  The next FrenchBox will be shipping in May and will be $35/month (up from $24/month) going forward.  I am looking forward to seeing what they do with the next box so I will be ordering.  Also, the Summer 2015 Rachel Zoe Box of Style has now SOLD OUT! The fall box (which states it delivers on 9.1) is available for pre-order now!

I’m torn over Baby Foot. I really want to try it but I don’t know if I want to do it right now during sandal season. I wonder how long it takes for all of the peeling to stop.

I did the Baby Foot peel about a month ago. For the first 3 days nothing happened (except my feet were very dry). I started to doubt that it really worked. Starting a the 4th day the tops began to peel and the peeling continued for the next two weeks! This is the softest my heels have ever been. I loved it! Remember to soak your feet each night.
Thanks for the Target searching tips! I searched after closing last night, and this morning I got a bunch of plates, glasses, candle holders, and other home items! They were exactly the items that I wanted when I stayed up ALL night only to get NOTHING! I didn’t see any clothes, bags, or shoes, but I did see one cell phone case that was randomly put on shelf with the others. Not sturdy enough for me, though. I only missed out on the bowls and the white/gold dessert plates, so if anyone wants to swap, let me know! YAY!
(The home items were with the seasonal stuff–patio chairs, etc.)
With the Baby Foot, you can also just put the stopper in your tub when you take a shower. I did that every morning, and my feet soaked enough for the peel. My husband did it, too. His feet did not peel at all until he started soaking his feet in the shower. After that, my son thought it was hysterically funny to try to find daddy by following the trail of skin from his feet. His feet peeled so much, he had to get the vacuum to remove his tracks! DISGUSTING! His feet really were great after that, though.
tom did the baby foot peel but i don’t know if he got his feet soaked enough. his are SO bad.
i’m taking my kimono and one of the poufs back to target tonight. the kimono is 2 different colors of white (yuck) and the poufs aren’t sturdy enough for what i wanted to use them for. i’m keeping one of them for my office or my daughter’s room. also i decided to paint the playroom green so it would be clashy.
this is obviously the most important thing (target shopping) i can do with my time the night before we leave for 10 days.
i’m surprised you haven’t received kiwi & koala yet. ours are done and written!!!!
C and I looked around a little bit for Lily today but only found a large planter type stand. Nothing that I would want. LOL of course as I’ve said before I’m not a huge LP fan so while very pretty I don’t really need any of it. 🙂
I hope L and B had a wonderful time today.I have Splendies, Bianca Jade Quarterly, LLB, and Marvel Corps that should arrive in the next 2 days. I’m glad that your orders are arriving and thank you for the tips. I did stop by my little Target to see what was there. A few home items and nail polishes and that’s it.
My 6 year old is doing his belt testing for Tae Kwon Doe and my 16 year old is all over the place this weekend. The little guy might have baseball practice tomorrow if it doesn’t rain. We had snow flurries today! No movie suggestions.
