Nomad Coffee Club allows you to discover new varieties and origins of freshly roasted coffee from the comfort of your home. Each monthly shipment includes 8 oz of freshly roasted coffee. They are located in Canada, but ship to the US free.
Depending on the schedule of the roaster, the coffee will be roasted on the second to third week of the month. Target dates are to get it roasted and shipped out on the 20th to 24th of each month. Expedited shipping will be used on all orders.
Coffee boxes are always my favorite to open because they smell SO good!
~Worka – Ethiopian Yirgacheffe: This month’s selection was Ethiopian Yirgacheffe which is produced by the Worka Co-op. The tasting notes on this one include coconut milk, apricot and peaches. Each 8oz bag contains enough coffee for 24-32 cups. I couldn’t find any information on the roaster on the Nomad website or through a google search, but I am not sure if that’s unusual or not. The coffee with a big hit with B and he’ll be taking it to work for the rest of the office to enjoy.
With the exchange rate each shipment works out to less than $18/month. I don’t think that is bad at all to be able to try such amazing coffees.
