Lip Monthly ships via USPS and is supposed to ship within the first 10 days of the month. I find that sometimes it ships a bit later than that.
The March 2016 Lip Monthly included the following items:
~Ecolips Tinted Lip Balm ($4.49): EcoTints lip balms are Fair-Trade certified and use only natural ingredients. They are moisturizing and give you just a hint of sheer color. I think they are a great alternative for when you want a little color, but don’t want to do a full out lipstick.
~Cargo Blush (Catalina) (0.0525oz) ($4.27) / Cargo Bronzer (Medium) (0.0525oz) ($4.91) Duo: I actually just receive this same Duo in my March Allure box so I am going to be passing this one along to a friend. The colors are very versatile and it makes for a great item for traveling or for your overnight bag.
~Camilla Cosmetics Lipstick (#23) ($14): Camilla Cosmetics is a new brand for Lip Monthly and a new (to me) brand as well. This lip color is a very bold, deep pink and while it’s pretty, I don’t think it’s a color I could pull off. It’s a matte color and went on smoothly, but I didn’t find it to be super long lasting.
~Camilla Cosmetics Lip Gloss (#23) ($14): This gloss is the perfect compliment to the above lipstick. I may not have been a huge fan of the lipstick color, but I do love this. It’s all about the shine! This isn’t sticky and while kind of a bold color for me, is just too pretty not to wear.
All totaled I came up with a value of $41.67 for the March 2016 Lip Monthly. That’s a great value for a $13 subscription and I am loving that they have been mixing it up with their brands lately.
