Stitch Fix is a personal styling service for women. With Stitch Fix, you provide your style, size (they also do maternity fixes), and budget preferences, and they will send you a package of stylish goodies to try on at home. You only pay for the items you love and decide to keep. There is a $20 styling fee which is applied to your order should you decide to keep any / all of the pieces.  If you don’t keep anything, you don’t receive a refund of the fee. If you keep all of the pieces, you get a 25% discount on everything!  Also, I should mention that you are only charged once you “check out” at Stitch Fix.  You have a few days to try everything on and the box comes with a bag and a prepaid USPS return label so you can easily ship back the pieces you aren’t interested in.

Stitch Fix shipped via USPS (out of Indiana) and took just a few days to arrive.  Stitch Fix ships from a few different warehouse locations in the US.  I believe that your Fix ships from the warehouse nearest to your house.  One of the Stitch Fix warehouses has shoe inventory, so if you are lucky enough to leave near that one (I think it’s in Texas) you may get shoes in your fix!

My March 2016 Stitch Fix included the following pieces:

~Liverpool Zarina Button Down Top ($58): Oh goodness, this shirt just isn’t me at all.  Not at all.  It looks like demin, but it’s not.  It’s 36% rayon / 64% cotton.   It’s super soft and I like that part of it, but that’s really about it.  Verdict: Returned.

~Dear John Avril Skinny Jean ($88): Meh.  I have gotten quite a few pairs of skinny jeans in fixes and I think I need to make a note to my stylist to stop sending them.  I have kept a few pairs, but I really don’t need any more.  And while I do think this royal blue is super pretty I personally just wouldn’t wear them enough. Verdict: Returned.

~Papermoon Perugio Embroidery Detail Knit Top ($58): I love this top!  It’s stretchy and super comfortable. The embroidery reminds me of a baseball and I love that too.  This is a for sure keeper.  For sure! Verdict: Kept.

~Loveappella McGraw Two-Tone Strip Knit Top ($58): This top isn’t something I would pick out for myself, but I am totally drawn to it.  I am especially loving the little piece of fabric that goes across the v-neck back (which I actually thought was the front when I took this picture).  The price has me a tad hesitant on keeping it though.  It’s a nice stretchy material, but it seems kind of expensive. Verdict: Undecided.

~Dreamers/Debut Cancun Cowl Neck Pullover Sweater ($68): This would be best described as a poncho…with sleeves.  I like that it’s “roomy”, but it’s just too boxy.  Maybe if the sleeves were different or if it were longer or something, but as is it’s just not for me. Verdict: Returned.

Had I kept all of the pieces in my Fix, the total would come out to $227.50 ($330 – $82.50 Buy 5 Discount – $20 Styling Fee Credit = $227.50).  I am keeping one, maybe two, of the items and I am happy with that.
