Loot Crate is a monthly subscription box full of hand-picked, awesome geek and gamer products. Each month, for less than $20, you’ll receive 6-8 products which are guaranteed to have a value of $30 or more.
Loot Crate ships via FedEx Smart Post and took about a week to arrive. You can expect to receive this box around the 20th of the month.
Everything in here looked great! This month’s box was printed on the inside and could be transformed into the cool scene in my first picture.
The information booklet this month featured the first ever Loot Crate coloring page.
The July 2016 Loot Crate theme was “FUTURISTIC” and included the following items:
~Exclusive Rick & Morty Tee (Loot Crate Labs): This t-shirt was designed exclusively for Loot Crate subscribers and features Rick’s Portal Gun, which was arguably his most important invention. I received a Ladies Large, which I think runs a little small. I would recommend sizing up in Loot Crate shirts. At least the Ladies ones.
~Exclusive Futurama “Planet Express” Ship Model (QMX): This is another Loot Crate exclusive! It’s a replica of the Planet Express Q-Fig and is very cool. It comes in 3-parts (the base, the stand to hold the plane, and the plane itself. Instead of the plane hooking into the stand, it’s attached magnetically.
~Exclusive Star Trek Dedication Plaque Replica Decal (BD&A): I’d personally call this a sticker (it’s actually almost like a puffy sticker), but decal works too! It’s 4.5 x 3 and is repositionable in case you ever want to move it.
~July Loot Crate Pin: I am not even a Star Trek fan and even I think this is one of the coolest pins Loot Crate has ever done!
~Exclusive 3″ Mega Man Red Variant Figure: Another Loot Crate exclusive. The box made me think there would be variations, but the information booklet makes it seem as though all subscribers will receive this red and white suit variant. If you subscribe let me know if you received a different one.
~Valiant Comics’ 4001 A.D. #1 (Valiant Comics): You guessed it, another Loot Crate exclusive! I always pass my comics along to friends and will end up doing the same with this one.
I thought the July 2016 Loot Crate was fantastic! So many exclusives and the quality was top notch on everything. I like that Loot Crate does a theme, but includes a variety of different franchises within that theme each month.
