Little Lace Box is a subscription service that delivers hand-curated, nearly impossible-to-find designer products directly to your doorstep every other month. Boxes will be brimming with high-end, brand-name beauty, lifestyle, and home product samples to treat yourself to and dazzle your friends during your next night out.
Little Lace Box typically ships via USPS Priority Mail sometime after the 20th if the month. Due to a vendor issue, the October box shipped a bit later than that. LLB updated subscribers about the issue and also included a bonus gift in the box.
I peeked at spoilers for this one and was more than excited to dig into my box when it arrived.
The October 2016 Little Lace Box theme was “Life is what you Bake of it” and included the following items:
~Stoneware Baker ($13.99): Note: Subscribers will receive this in one of six colors (Lemon Yellow, Tomato Red, Navy Blue, Apple Green or Pumpkin Orange). I received the pumpkin orange variation, which is SO perfect for Fall. This item was selected by Chef Karista Bennett, as part of her continued collaboration with LLB. She suggests using them for Broccoli Mac and Cheese, Apple and Sweet Potato Baked Oatmeal or a chocolate lava cake with caramel drizzle. I don’t know what I am going to use mine for, but I do love the mac and cheese idea.
~LLB Cotton Pajama Pants ($18.99): Note: Subscribers will receive these in Yellow, Red or White. Eeek! I love these! I am such a sucker for a gorgeous pair of pajama pants and these are just that. I put them on as soon as I came home today and I can see baking in them just like the information card suggests. They are 100% cotton and have a super stretchy waistband. I personally thought they ran big, but I like my pj’s pants to be oversized!
~LeBlanc Linen & Laundry Care ($18.99): Note: Subscribers will receive one of six washes (Lavender Linen Wash, White Flowers Silk Wash, Lavender Silk & Lingerie Wash, Summer Verbena Laundry Wash, Blue Violet Linen Wash or Original Silk & Lingerie Wash). I received the Silk & Lingerie Wash in White Flowers, and I’ll admit, I don’t normally use a special lingerie wash. But if they are sending it, I will try it. It’s 100% biodegradable, contains organic ingredients and is safe for your washing machine.
~Ivory Ceramic Measuring Spoons ($13.99): Obsessed! My mom was here when I opened these up, and she was obsessed too. They are dishwasher safe (this is a key for me) and maybe the cutest measuring spoons I have ever seen.
~Emergency Stain Rescue ($8.99): Keep this in your kitchen while you are baking, and you won’t have to worry about getting your cute outfit stained. Or toss it in your bag and take it wherever you go. I tend to spill things (a lot), so I feel like they selected this just for me ;).
~Kilner Spice Jar ($5.99): We got this little spice jar in the September Serendipity, and I love that we got a second. You can store spices, salts or even toothpicks in it. I think I have paper clips in mine right now. Whatever works for you!
~Sassy Dip Mix by Julia’s Southern Pantry ($6.95): In the next few days LLB will be sending out a code for a free Sassy Dip Mix from Julia’s Southern Pantry. A variety of options are available, but I have my eyes on the Roasted Garlic!
~Bonus: A View to Delicious Magazine – by VRAI Magazine and Chef Karista Bennett ($4.99): LLB will also be sending out an e-mail with a special code to download A View to Delicious, which is Chef Karista Bennett’s magazine. It has real food and real recipes to help inspire you.
~Bonus: Bangles, Bangles and more Bangles ($18.99 – $24.99): Little Lace Box added a bangle to all boxes this month as an apology for the delay in shipping this month. There are a ton of different varieties, but I received a white / gold one.
All totaled the October 2016 Little Lace Box had a value of $121.87. It’s fair to say I loved this box. I feel like it was perfectly curated for the season and I am even more excited now to see what they do for the December box.

What a unique box. I subscribed to LLB for a year or so, but cancelled because I just have too much stuff. This latest box is really tempting me to re-subscribe. Even when they have things I might not use, I really think they are one of the most thoughtful subscription box curators out there. Decisions, decisions. The codes are tempting me!!
The little stoneware dish is the better item out of the mash. My pant are incredibly smaller than the marked X-large on the tag and seem more suited to put on over your swimsuit in the tropics. I don’t understand the addition of two fabric cleaners in the box, nor the difficult to handle and very breakable spoons. A disappointment overall.
I agree while I think they were really trying to put a different spin on a baking box the pj pants and 2 laundry items make it seem like more a laundry box. I got the white pants they seem a little see-thru (not completely see thru but still not something I d wear in the kitchen baking) and are too big and long for me boo. The stone ware dish is super cute but really small. Its going to be hard to find a good use for it. The spoons are adorable but do seem very fragile. Kinda weird to me the dip wasn’t include in the box. The little glass jar is lovely but I would have appreciated it more if it was filled with vanilla bean, may a pumpkin pie seasoning blend or maybe some cinnamon sticks. There is a really lovely cake plate and dome on their website I would have loved to see something like that in this box. A fun tool like a cookie press or some pie accessories would have been great for the upcoming holiday baking season. They tried but this box really could have been incredible and at least for me it falls a little bit flat. Oh well, I hope others really enjoy their items. Would love to hear what everyone will be using the little stoneware dish for.
Agree with Sara- not loving this box. A baking/laundry box is an odd combo and the pj pants are too small. The baker is fine but what am I going to do with one tiny baker?
I got the same PJ pants as you- be careful, I slept in them on white sheets and woke up to my side of the bed being stained an orange color. So upset. My casserole also arrived with a broken handle and I have yet to hear back from their CS department. Not even sure how to go about complaining about the PJ pants, the value of my ruined sheets is way more than the box cost. So frustrated!
