Oh my goodness, how pretty is this packaging?
The December 2016 Kaffe Box No. included the following items:
~Solberg & Hansen Jule-Kaffe: This coffee is a blend of beans from a number of small farms in Tarrazu, which is Costa Rica’s most famous coffee region. It’s their Christmas Blend and has flavors of dark berries, citrus, and caramel. It *might* be the best smelling coffee I have come across. My husband tastes all of the coffees (he doesn’t take cream or sugar in his like I do) and I sniff them ;). It’s a 5/8 on the intensity & freshness scales and a 7/8 on the sweetness scale. B said it was smooth and had no bitter aftertaste. He was a big fan.
~Solberg & Hansen Yeni Ramos: Yeni Ramos has flavors of fresh stone fruit, flowers and red berries. It’s a 6/8 on the freshness scale, a 5/7 on the sweetness scale and a 7/8 on the intensity scale. B described it as stronger and more intensive than the previous one, but said it was smooth and he could pick up a little of the berry taste in here.
