My April 2017 Target Box has arrived! This Target Beauty Box was $7 (they vary in price from $5-$10) and was (is) available through Target’s website for a limited time only. Boxes are generally released on Monday’s of the first week of the month, but that does vary due to holidays. Target Beauty Box boxes are NOT subscription boxes and must be purchased individually as they are released.
We’re all about a little R&R. Inside this box, you’ll find a few of our latest obsessions—inspired by moments of zen. Try ’em out, and if you love them as much as we do, find the full-size version at Target.com/BeautyBox.
The April 2017 Target Beauty Box shipped via USPS and took just under a week to arrive to me.
The April 2017 Target Beauty Box theme was “Hello Peace of Mind” and included the following items:
~La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Cleanser (0.5 oz) ($0.55): This cleanser is soap, sulfate, and fragrance-free. It’s recommended for normal to oily skin, which is me! It wasn’t drying and left my skin feeling soft.
~Sally Hansen Double-Duty Base & Top Coat (0.45 oz) ($3.99): This is quick drying and works as a top and a base coat. I’ve purchased this in the past and have always been happy with it. I just need to remember to use it.
~HASK Argan Oil Repairing Deep Conditioner (1.57 oz) ($1.77): This deep conditioner restores and smooths dry, damaged, chemically treated or over-processed hair. You can apply it in the shower and leave it on for 10 minutes. That’s doable for me – anything longer discourages me from using it.
~Dr. Teals Lavender Foaming Bath (3 oz) ($0.43): I feel like this is kind of a must-have for every bathroom. It’s a soothing and encourages a better night’s sleep.
~eb5 Facial Cleansing Lotion (0.35 oz) ($0.44): This is a cleanser with moisturizing properties. It cleanses your skin with the dryness, tightness or irritation that normal soaps cause. My skin felt very soft after using it.
~Rimmel Colour Precise White Eyeliner ($5.59): Much to my surprise, I actually like white eyeliner. I am not much of an eyeliner wearer in general, but I thought this white was great. I’d prefer it in pencil form, but I thought it brightened my eyes and didn’t look as bold as I was expecting.
~Banana Boat Dry-Balance SPF 30 (1 oz) ($1.33): This is already in my purse. Without fail, I always end up out and about without sunscreen. Not this summer though!
The April 2017 Target Beauty Box had a value of just over $14. That’s double the cost of the box, so it’s a nice value, but not amazing. I knew what was in the box before I ordered though and I was happy!
As of this post, the April 2017 Target Beauty Box was still available! If you are interested, snag one now before it sells out. I will also post when Target releases details on the May 2017 Beauty Box.
