Pumpkin seeds and pumpkin wine. When I was in Germany I went to a pumpkin festival and got to try pumpkin soup, wine, bread, basically everything pumpkin. It was really interesting, i didnt know you could do that much with pumpkin’s.?

Other than straight pumpkin pie (with ALL the whipped cream), I love a pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese icing. We went to an open house at our wedding venue and the bakery they use had some cake samples. The pumpkin one was so creamy and the mascarpone cream was so smooth. I’m definitely considering it for a layer of our wedding cake!

I am not into pumpkin flavored drinks either. But I LOVE pumpkin pie, that warm pumpkin spice scent in Yankee candles, pumpkins as fall decor, and I also make some mean pumpkin and cream cheese pastry rolls!
