I still haven’t worked out ALL of the details yet, but I started a Facebook group for our little Fitbit Challenge. If you want to join, leave a comment saying you want in and I’ll send you an e-mail invite. I made it a secret group so that no one’s posts would show up in friends of friends newsfeeds or anything like that. I am guessing no one wants that!
I am hoping it will be a fun place to share meal ideas, workouts, tips, tricks, etc. and not just a Fitbit Challenge. More of a place to keep everyone motivated and moving!! I LOVE to hear what out people are eating and what they are doing for exercise because I think it totally helps to see that other people are up to!
As for the contest part, I am not 100% sure how we will handle that. I still want to do a Fitbit Challenge (aka who takes the most steps in a week or month or whatever), but I appreciate that not everyone has one and I want everyone to be included! And I don’t want to do anything weight loss related because I get that not everyone needs to or is trying to lose weight! So I am kinda thinking more along the lines or two separate events, maybe a Fitbit Challenge AND a general contest for everyone in the group.
There are no formal requirements or anything to join, BUT I do want everyone who joins to participate. It’s more fun that way! Everyone is going to be sharing so I just ask that no one is a lurker or creeper! I hope to see you over on Facebook soon!!!
