Once again, I’m totally stealing Jen’s Sunday Sentiments button and idea and making it mine tonight.
~So I just spent the last 30 minutes searching all over the house for the tv remote. The kids are in bed. B’s on a bike ride. The house is mine and I want to watch some trashy tv. Too bad I can’t find that d*mn thing. It’s possible it’s somewhere insane, like the freezer, or the bathroom trash can or something like that andI haven’t gotten to yet, but I give up. You win WB. You got me good this time.
~I spent some time this weekend getting some blog things corrected / improved and when I sat down tonight, I thought wow, I’m doing SO good, I just need to get a few reviews done. WRONG. Totally spaced on doing a newsletter this week. It’s coming tonight or tomorrow morning. Pinky swear.
~I was SO excited that the Real Housewives of New Jersey starts tonight until I finally realized that umm, I can’t even watch it. I don’t have cable. I always forget this until I show I actually want to watch comes on. I can watch it on iTunes tomorrow, so it’s not a huge deal, but still.
~We finally bought flowers for the front of our house today and I couldn’t be happier that that chore is finally out of the way. The weather here has been so weird and we have been so busy that we didn’t get a chance to do it sooner. And just like at IKEA, I tend to think the car can hold way more stuff than it really can and I wanted to buy MORE. Luckily B stopped me though. He’s right. It would NOT have all fit.
~I’ll recap our weekend tomorrow, but let me just tell you, it did NOT rain. At all. We so could have had our garage sale. Well, wait, we could have had it had I actually done anything to get ready for it. I should just start brining stuff into the garage. I know that taking up too much of B’s beloved garage with set a fire under his a** to get the garage sale over with!!!!
