September Bespoke Post - Cafe
September Bespoke Post – Cafe

Bespoke Post’s September box offering was “Café”, which is the box B and I opted for. You could have also selected “Aces” (we got this one last month) or “Stirred” which were options in previous months.

In case you aren’t familiar with them, Bespoke Post delivers fresh and interesting lifestyle brands and products to men. Each month, you’ll get to choose from their limited-edition boxes filled with an array of products built around a central, unique theme. Don’t want one that month? Just skip the month (you can opt out during the first 5 days of the month) and you won’t be charged.

The Box

Bespoke Post shipped via Newgistics this month and the box took only 5 days to get from KY to me.  I didn’t think that was too bad at all.

First Look

I knew what in the package, but I didn’t expect it all to be so big!  I don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t this.  I was impressed already.

The Information Card

Like I said before, we opted for “Cafe” this month, which brings you a collection of the finest home brewing supplies so you can get a carefully made, fully-flavored pour while bringing some old school simplicity back to your home brew.  Here’s what the box included:

~Madrid French Press, 1 Liter, Grosche ($39.99): We have a french press (B uses it, but I never do), but this one looks much much fancier!  It works with both coffee and tea and as long as you follow the brewing instructions, you’ll end up with a cup of coffee perfectly to your liking.

~Milk Frother, Red, Grosche ($14.95): Ohh, I love this and plan on testing it out asap!  I believe I’ve made expresso and cappucino less than a dozen times (when I was a waitress I would try and talk someone else into doing to for me), but every time I did, I made sure that the frothe was just perfect!

~Dulcinea Coffee Beans, 6oz, Cafe Integral ($6.75): I look forward to a cup of this coffee, made by B, this weekend, however, I think we need to get a coffee grinder because we do not own one!  The smell of this month’s box couldn’t be better.  A little OT, but what’s your favorite coffee scented candle?

~Earl Grey De La Créme Tea, 1.8oz, Tiesta Tea ($5.99): I can totally see B taking this (and maybe even the new French Press) to work with him and making some tea at his desk,  I won’t be sad to see the tea go because the tea and I don’t “go” together either!

~Perfectly Simple Bar: ($2): I totally don’t know why this in this box.    I don’t know if it was meant to be (its not on the card) since I love these or if someone was going to eat it and then forgot about it and packed it in my box in error.

All totaled the September Bespoke Post – “Cafe” has a value of $69.68!!  It wasn’t my favorite favorite BP box of all times,  but obviously I thought it was worth the $45 cost of the box or I wouldn’t even have ordered it.
