October Bijoux Box

I know I just reviewed the November Your Bijoux Box, but they sent me the October one at the same time, so I wanted to review that one as well. I couldn’t just review September and November and skip October! No no no! In case you missed the November review, Bijoux Box is a monthly jewelry subscription box service. For $35/month you’ll receive 2-3 pieces of on-trend, versatile and wearable jewelry, worth at least $70. Items included are always a surprise and could range from a long layering necklace, a fun statement collar or a pretty piece of arm candy.

The Box

Your Bijoux Box ships via USPS and took about two or three days to arrive. You can’t really tell by the picture, but it’s about the size of a CD box, only taller.

Everything in the box is nicely wrapped and the pieces arrive in individual drawstring pouches. It’s totally ready for gift giving should you choose to do so.

October Bijoux Box
The Information Card

Of all the boxes I received, I am most thankful when the jewelry ones have an information card. I just do not know how to describe jewelry pieces and Your Bijoux Box makes it very easy for me.  Here is what the October box contained:

~Gilded Clover Necklace and Earrings: I have the chain doubled up here, but it’s a long chain and can be worn, well, long or doubled up.  And it also comes with matching drop earrings so you can complete the look.  Or wear the pieces separately.  I cannot wear drop earrings with WB around.  He’d rip those things out so quickly!  One day though.  One day.

~Cabochon Petals Necklace: I think this is my favorite Bijoux Box piece yet! The colors are even better in person and I think it would look great with a fun print top.  It’s not super heavy either, which I think is important.  I want to feel like I’m not wearing a necklace because if it’s too heavy I’ll end up pulling at it all day.

Like with the November box, I didn’t do a cost breakdown on them. Since the pieces are Your Bijoux Box exclusives, I wouldn’t even know where to start with that.  This box contained three pieces which breaks down to just shy of $12/piece.  I think that’s beyond reasonable!

Your Bijoux Box is $35/month and if you are interest in subscribing, click here!  And don’t forget to use the coupon code “SPARKLES” to get a free piece with your new subscription!

Disclosure: This complimentary box was received for review purposes. All opinions are my own and no compensation was received.

I want to give props to the YourBijouxBox people. My Gilded Clover Necklace arrived in pieces and the Bijoux folks immediately sent me out a replacement. Love their customer service! I really enjoy (and wear) the jewelry that I get in their subscription boxes.

I remember you saying that! That is great!

They are better in person too!

This box is on my list to try soon. Ah! I love the October and November boxes. Hopefully it’ll work out to sign up for a December box. On a separate note my mom’s rule about toddlers: tie your hair and no earrings. It saved me a few tugs from my niece and nephew except for the time I forgot. Oy, my hair in tiny person’s mouth!

      That’s a good rule!!!
