Dottiebox Mini, who kindly sent me this box to review, is everything that you love about Dottiebox in a smaller package! For $13 a month ($10 box + $3 shipping) you will typically get 2-3 handmade products plus coupons. I also received the classic Dottiebox, which you can check out here.
Dottiebox Mini ships via USPS and took just a few days to arrive. It came the day after (?) my regular Dottiebox which ships Priority Mail, so it didn’t take too long.
I was super curious to check this box out to see how it compared with this month’s classic box. I wanted to know if I’d receive duplicates or if it’d be a totally different box.
The information card is one of my favorites of all the boxes I receive. It’s mini, includes all the information I need and also is always spot on for their pricing. Here is what my box includes:
~One Ugly Unicorn Earrings ($5): My earrings are a classic rose, but they have lots of fun variations in their shop, including elephants, pina colada’s and donuts! Their line is meant to be silly and funky and fun and bright and I had fun checking out their offerings!
~Adam Rabbit Raw Stone Hair Pin ($6.50): I received earrings from this line in August, but this hair pin is totally new to me. I think it’s super cute, but don’t use bobby pins a ton so I will be gifting this to a friend.
~Sweet Addict Apple Cider Caramels ($1.25): Mmm, I liked these even better than the pumpkin spice caramels (which were good) from this month’s full-sized box, but I still have my eye on some of those more “interesting flavors”. Too bad they don’t offer a mixed box of caramels!
~Less Ordinary Designs Gift Tag: I received three of these in my regular size box and wasn’t sad to see another one! And I think this is my favorite design yet!
All totaled, the December Dottiebox Mini had a value of about $13, which is exactly the cost of the box! I don’t know that I’d do both of these in a the same month, but I for sure love the idea of discovering new etsy and other small businesses every month. There are SO many out there and sometimes it gets overwhelming, but this makes it easy!
