It’s time for another Thursday Thoughts! If you want to participate, but have no idea what a link-up is, you can check out my explanation of it here.

~We are finally back on a normal schedule around here which is probably a good thing. Although I’m not going to lie, I’m not going to be sad about sleeping in on this 3-day weekend coming up ;). L is totally happy back at school and didn’t miss a beat. I think B is still working on adjusting to being back, but we’ll all get our routine back soon enough.

~In case you missed in on Instagram yesterday, my nail polish shelves are hung!  Yes!!  My brother came over and was done in like 20 minutes.  On Sunday night, I told B he was coming over this week and he was like, oh, I can hang them for you tomorrow.  Ha.  Where have you been for six months?  #thanksbutnothanks  But seriously the shelves are exactly what I had hoped for.  For those that asked, they are the “BYGEL” wire baskets from IKEA ($2.99/each) along with the “BYGEL” rails (also $2.99/each).  Each basket holds 64 julep polishes if that helps with size.

The Racks!
The Racks!

~WB is spending a few hours at my mom’s today (he loves his Nana house as likes to wave to me to go bye-bye as soon as we get there) and I am planning on getting a bunch of things shipped out, cleaned up, and maybe, just maybe, sneaking a mani / pedi in.  Or at least a pedi.  It’s been far too long.  Far too long.  It’s winter and no one will see it (and I swear I won’t Instagram it), but I’ll know and I will be happy about it!

~WB started his Tumbling Class yesterday and I think he liked it.  He moves so quickly it’s hard to get a good picture of him.  But he was laughing and catching on to what was going on.  The class is for 18 month-olds to 3 year-olds, so hopefully we will be able to take sessions for a while and become one of the regulars.

Good Times!
Good Times!

~This is more of a Tuesday’s Troubles item, but I have been meaning to ask for awhile and always forget.  What’s the deal with Google+.  I sometimes see that people have added me, but I don’t know what I am supposed to do with it.  Is it cool?  Tell me everything.

Should I?
Should I?

~I am expecting tons of boxes in the next few days.  Goodness it’s going to be wild.  All those boxes that haven’t been arriving these past few weeks are coming NOW.  Bespoke Post, BirchboxThe Bride Box, Bike Loot, Citrus Lane, ipsyKiwi Crate, Love With Food, MaxBoxPopSugar, Stork Stack and probably a few more I am forgetting are on their way right now!  I don’t know how quickly they will all arrive, but I have my fingers crossed.

~Has anyone checked out their Target for the annual toy clearance lately?  It should be today or next Thursday right?  I don’t need more toys, but if I could find some legos on sale, that would be a different story.  Where does one find legos on sale anyway?

What’s going on for your Thursday today?  Let me know and of course, link-up!

  1. ZOMG TOY CLEARANCE. no. brandy. no no no. i haven’t been to target since Thanksgiving weekend. I so need to go! When my husband gets home (with the car) I am putting my daughter in gymnastics. Like as many times a week as I can afford. Or gymnastics & taekwondo & dance. I can’t wait. I’m going to be that overscheduled mom. I’m so excited.

LOL!! Sign up both up for everything!!!

And get to Target! Almost two months since your last trip? Unacceptable!

  2. Shannon

We got our Citrus Lane box yesterday for Livy, who is 3. I wasn’t super impressed and am glad we didn’t pay full price and got the deal that they were running in Nov/Dec. Did you ever get your add on’s for the “Deluxe” box?

    1. Jennifer

I got them like two days ago. It seriously took 18 days for them to get to me. I got a book and a Green Toys Space Ship. I didn’t get the Deluxe again this month though.

  3. I wasn’t impressed with the toys that were on clearance at Target on Sunday, and my Target was still only 30% off that day. I only looked at girls toys. If you want Barbie, you might be in luck. But my children only seem to want full-price toys! I did find lots of clothing and shoes on clearance, and truly got lucky with a couple of finds.

I love your nail polish storage system. I dont have a bathroom closet, as my master bathroom is a tiny box. I am planning to purchase a vanity for my bedroom this year, though. Maybe Mother’s day?

I don’t care much for google plus, but google sure seems to! I have a very few people “in my circles”. I don’t use it much. But I don’t think it hurts. One I haven’t gotten into is Tumbler. I just don’t get it. I am not cool enough…I think. I feel like with facebook, linked-in, twitter, instagram and pinterest…I don’t need anything else! You do have to draw the line somewhere.

I think I am too old for Tumbler.

I actually have all my “stuff” in a closet outside our bedroom. It’s a catch all closet with a little of everything – board games, toys, nail polish, eight million BBW soaps, etc.

  4. Jill

Did you get an email from Stork Stack? I didn’t. I saw the spoiler email, but I never got one.

    1. Jennifer

I did. It came late on Tuesday night?

  5. Zelene

My target started its toy clearance last week, I found a couple of lego storage boxes (ninja go) at a pretty good price, 3.48 and 1.48 and the big one included one green base plate so it was perfect, I hope you can find them in your target 🙂
    BTW. I love your page

    1. Jennifer

Ohh, I will have to keep an eye out for those legos! I went today and things were still between 30%-70% off. Mainly 50% though. They could have marked it down later in the day though?

  6. Carla

Thank you for the Target heads up!! I got there right as they were marking down. A bunch of angel tree children are going to be happy next Christmas!

    1. Jennifer

I saw your picture!! You cleaned up!

      1. Carla

All thanks to you!!! I did see a halo lego set. 183pcs for $6.88

        1. Jennifer

          That’s a deal for sure!

  7. Stacey

Ahh, YES! I have been looking for storage for my polishes, and those are perfect! Funny thing is, I don’t have an IKEA anywhere nearby, but I am going to Dallas this weekend, and plan on shopping there! Whoop!

    1. Jennifer

      They store SO many!
