April 2014 GLOSSYBOX
April 2014 GLOSSYBOX

Yay! My April 2014 GLOSSYBOX finally appeared! It JUST made it considering that today is the last day of the month.

GLOSSYBOX is $21/month and sends you five luxury surprise beauty items to your door every month. I am a huge GLOSSYBOX fan and am constantly impressed at the value they pack into the boxes. They always introduce me to such fabulous new goodies!

The Box

GLOSSYBOX ships via USPS and took three days to arrive this month. I think I got a tracking notification on it on Monday and it arrived today (Wednesday). Sometimes GLOSSYBOX ships mid-month and sometimes they ship nearer to the end of the month. I don’t worry about it though. I always know they will arrive.

The GLOSSYBOX

This month’s GLOSSYBOX is just a regular GLOSSYBOX box and as usual, I love the box itself! While I did bring myself to throw away all my old information cards, I could not bring myself to throw all my old GLOSSYBOX boxes away. They are just too good.

First Look

I hadn’t seen any variations in this month’s box, so I basically knew what I was expecting.  The only thing I wasn’t sure about was the color of the polish, but the first look had me happy about it already!

The Information Card

The April 2014 GLOSSYBOX did not have a theme, or a quote on the cover like most month’s do.  I don’t know if I have ever seen a GLOSSYBOX without a theme, but I am SO excited about next month’s box I do not mind a bit!  Here is what this month’s box included:

~Aqua Spa Relax Body Creme ($1.67): I really like the scent on this one.  It’s a lavender and chamomile blend and I couldn’t stop smelling my hands after I put it on.  I was actually shocked at how inexpensive this stuff is.  I would certainly pay $10 for a full size of this.  Not even a question!

Aqua Spa Relax Body Creme

~Bellapierre Cosmetics Supergloss in Vanilla Pink ($24.50): This color is just about perfect. It’s made with all natural ingredients and is infused with a natural plumper which helps with fine lines on and around the lips.

Bellapierre Cosmetics Supergloss in Vanilla Pink

~Caldrea Body Wash (Coconut Fig Leaf) ($1.57): I LOVE Caldrea and I love this scent! We received a hand soap in this month’s PopSugar so I am getting spoiled with all these fabulous Caldrea products!  I really want the Stainless Sink Set now.  Maybe for Mother’s Day ;).

Caldrea Body Wash

~Ciate London Paint Pot (Espardrilles) ($15): I know GLOSSYBOX sent out a bunch of different colors this month and I am SO happy with this one.  I was secretly hoping I didn’t get a yellow or a white because I already have a bunch of this.  This shimmery burnt copper works much better for me.

Ciate London Paint Pot (Espardrilles)

~Lasplash Cosmetics Eyeshadow Sealer / Base ($8.98): So this stuff is suppose to intensify color and provides extra protection against smears and smudges.  It makes it so that you don’t get any creases with your shadow, even with glitters or shimmers!  Totally cool.  I had no idea such a product even existed.

Lasplash Cosmetics Eyeshadow Sealer / Base

All totaled I came up with a value of $51.72 for the April 2014 GLOSSYBOX.  While it wasn’t my all time favorite GLOSSYBOX, it was totally worth the $21/month cost! It always is.
