~It’s Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend. I mentioned it yesterday, but we got a ton of stuff done around here and got to spend a bunch of time outside, which was fabulous. We went to base and got B some uniform stuff for his upcoming National Guard thing, did some spring cleaning, went on a few walks and just had a fun weekend. Â No plans, no places to be, nothing. Â So nice.
~One thing that we didn’t get done this weekend was get a new mailbox, but we are going to work on that one today (B has the day off). Â Do you know how hard it is to find a giant mailbox like the one we have now? Â Pretty darn difficult. Â I am also hoping that B gets my other nail polish shelves hung up. I am hoping that inspires me to get the rest of that closet cleaned out. LOL!
~I watched That Awkward Moment last night after the boys went to bed (B and I had a slumber party in L’s room which was the cutest thing ever) and I loved it. Â Totally my kind of movie. Â I didn’t have to do much thinking which I love and also Zac Efron was in it which I also love.
~I’ve got an assortment of boxes coming this week including WB’s Citrus Lane (I got our other Citrus Lane Saturday), Kiwi Crate, bluum, Citrus Lane Mystery Box, Mantry, iBbeautiful, Escape Monthly, Birchbox and Phone Case of the Month to name a few. Â Plus, we still have a few Homegrown Collective projects to get completed (I am way behind because I wanted B and I to go them together)! Â It’s going to be an amazing week!
~If you missed yesterday’s post (Sunday Sentiments), I’ll recap again. Â I got my Tieks! Â And so far so good. Â They give a little toe cleavage on me which I am not too big of a fan of, but they are perfect in every other way. Â I need to do some more breaking in of them, but I see more pairs in my future. Â I hear they do a code around the holidays, so I may have to hold out for that.
~Who is watching The Bachelorette tonight? Â I am so excited about it! Â I really like Andi and can’t wait to see how this season plays out. I am also really excited to see how wins Dancing With the Stars tonight. Â I am Team Meryl for sure. Â And for the record, I totally think her and Maks are hooking up. Â TOTALLY! Â And I love it! Â Go Meryl!
~And finally, someone tell me, where are Kim and Kanye getting married. Â I heard Florence, but now I am reading that they are seriously getting married at Versailles. Â Please say it isn’t so! Â Please! Â Either way, I am sure I will watch their E! wedding special. And be annoyed while I am watching. Â LOL!

I hope they don’t get married in Versailles! I know the history there is ridiculous, but the place is beautiful, and I loved it there. If they get married there I feel like it will just taint my memory of the place, and I know that’s crazy of me.

I really want some Tieks! I just can’t bring my self to pay the high price for some casual flats. Do they seem comfortable? I do a fair amount of traveling, and it always seems it is a week or longer trips. So I try to shove everything into a carry on! It doesn’t always work. So a pair of comfy shoes that take up very little space would be amazing. I need to watch for a coupon code. That may make them more reasonable.
Oh you need them then. you need them! They do seem comfy and they fold up amazing.
Versailles has said now that Kim and Kanye are not getting married there just getting a private tour and getting married elsewhere. I think the radio morning show I heard that on said that the two were denied permission to have their wedding on the premises. So phew lol
O and I am so excited for the bachelorette tonight!

I haven’t really watched the last couple seasons of Bachelor/Bachelorette … but since its summer, and most of the shows I watch aren’t going to be on, I think I’m going to tune into this season. It might actually be nice NOT knowing anything about the female, etc.
She seems really cool. She told Juan Pablo off on the season she was on and I loved that!
Since Charlie was sent home, I’m cheering for Meryl or Amy. I was so bummed when those three were all in the bottom because they’re my favorites this season and I didn’t think any of them deserved to go home!

I thought K & K had been refused when they tried to have their wedding at Versailles.
See I read that they had been denied and they I read that they hadn’t. But now it seems they have been denied again.
According to London’s Daily Mail as of 15 minutes ago:
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been refused permission to marry in the Palace of Versailles ? but they will visit on the eve of their wedding, it has been confirmed.
A spokesman for the historic French national monument on the outskirts of Paris made it clear that the American celebrities were not considered distinguished enough for an official ceremony and celebration.
Instead they can ?enjoy a guided tour? with family and friends on Friday night ?after all the tourists have gone home.?

Kim and Kanye were denied a Versailles wedding, thank god! They weren’t distuigished enough. I can only imagine how Kanye’s ego (it is a separate entity entirely) reacted to that news! It absolutely would have ruined the palace!
I read that they were denied one and then I read that they weren’t. Now I am reading again they are just getting a private tour of the place and won’t actually be getting married there. I can deal with that!
I read that too! Now I’m wondering if they’ll try to sneak in the nuptials while on the private tour. All their guests will be there, and I can definitely see them bring that sneaky since they’re both pretty used to getting what they want. Maybe they’ll end up in French prison 😉

OMG it is such a good movie. B was quite pleased he went to bed early I think!
