~Happy Thursday! Can you believe tomorrow is the 4th of July? I think tomorrow is the only day of the year I am actually excited for fireworks. We picked some up to shoot off up-north and also got a few Wish Lanterns which I am super excited to try out. Has anyone ever tried these? Any tips?
~Just as I had hoped, Apple announced their Back to School promotion this week! So last night, with B’s help since he’s the student, I picked up a new iMac! Mine was ancient in computer years and it was well past the time to get it replaced. And I love it. I had forgotten how much I liked using a desktop.
~Eeek! Someone received their Nina Garcia Quarterly (#NGQ03) Box yesterday so we’ve got spoilers! You can check them out over at MUT if you are curious, but my initial thoughts are that I am excited for this one. My tracking doesn’t have an expected delivery date yet, but I have my fingers crossed for mid-next week. I want to see what variations are in this one and what variations I get in it!
~Because I think my kids are the cutest, I am going to share this video of WB I took yesterday. He didn’t know I was taping him playing and, as you can tell if you watch the end, he’s a little annoyed when he finds out. LOL. Totally cracks me up. I also cracked up yesterday when L instructed me to pack “trains in a little backpack” for WB to play with up-north this weekend. He clearly doesn’t think I can handle packing without him.
~I am not expecting too many subscription boxes to arrive before the holiday weekend, but I should get the Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box and maybe one or two more? A TON of boxes have shipped so next week should be really fun around here. The July PopSugar Must Have Box appears to be on it’s way and is 2.4lbs this month. Any guesses on this one? I am really hoping for some spoilers Saturday, but we might have to wait until next week.
~For some reason I used to think that these celebrity “What’s in My Bag” pictures were real, but after this Olivia Munn one, I am not a believer anymore. She might have some of that stuff in her bag, but I do not believe that her bag just happens to contain all red, white and blue items.
~Does anyone read Radar Online? I am so not digging their layout change. At all. Grr. I can’t figure out what the new gossip is vs. the old gossip. I did catch that Jenelle had her baby though and I am sensing a trend of men cheating on their wives / girlfriends with transgender models. Is this the new thing?
