Petit Vour, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscription box of cruelty-free beauty products, hand-picked from businesses that align quality with progressive standards. Â Boxes are $15/month and the value of the contents always exceeds the cost.
Petit Vour ships via USPS First Class Mail. Â Boxes generally take a few days to arrive and in the year or so that I have been getting Petit Vour sent to me for review, I have never had an issue with a missing item, damaged piece, etc!
Based on the first look alone, everything was totally new to me. Â I didn’t recognize anything which I alway love!
The August 2014 Petit Vour theme is “Beauty School” and included the following items to help you become your own beauty expert:
~Beauty Without Cruelty Natural Eyeliner (Soft Brown) ($18.50): At least this isn’t another black eyeliner!  I don’t wear eyeliner, but I will pass this along to a friend!  I will say that if I were to wear eyeliner on a regular basis, I would pick a natural one like this.
~Earthbody Beauty Mask (Brighten) (~$17): I couldn’t find a size on the container, so I had to guess and estimate a price.  This mask looks fabulous.  It actually can be used as both a daily cleanser (just add water) or a weekly mask (add water, agave oil and coconut oil).  I am going to pick up agave oil and I’ll be using this as a mask tonight!
~Harvey Prince Journey (~$3): I can’t find this on the Harvey Prince website, so I am not sure if it’s a new perfume?  Whatever it is I love it.  I am obsessed with Harvey Prince and haven’t found a scent from them that I dislike.  I can’t recommend this brand enough.  Seriously try them!
~Mi-Me Tangerine Lip Butter ($5): I totally love.  It smells amazing and and made my lips feel nice and smooth.  Not to mention that the packaging is adorable.
~Rosemira Organics Sweet Coconut Body Butter ($5): This smells incredible and made my skin nice and smooth right away. Â The information card also gave the reminder to pat your skin dry instead of rubbing it which is something I always forget! Â Thanks for the reminder!
All totaled I came up with an estimated value of $48.50 for the August 2014 Petit Vour Box. Â Boxes are only $15/month which I think is an amazing deal. Â If you are looking to try all natural products and want to see what works best for you before you go ahead and buy an entire line of something, I for sure recommend checking this out.

How big are the containers this month?
I did the price calculations based in the size samples I got but I could get you the exact sizes if you want?
I have lots of questions. My box has not shipped yet. Should I be concern? How do you get points. I tried clicking on July Box, and then the product, and then how many stars to rate it; but am not sure if it took.
I get this one to review so I don’t really know about the points? Did you see your points increase at all? And as for shipping I am not 100% sure if they send out notifications? Either way, I wouldn’t be worried! They will send!

I’ve sampled the Journey before, and I do believe it’s newish. I hope it’s available for purchase soon, because I love it!
