The Boodle Box, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscription box full of adorable accessories and beauty products that encourage girls of all ages (boxes are broken down into a 5-10 age group and a 11+ age group) to uncover new things and discover themselves in the process! This box is for the 11+ age group, but don’t think it’s just for tweens / teens at all.  No way.  I know a lot of adults that subscribe for themselves and love it!

The Boodle Box ships via USPS Priority Mail.  Boxes generally ship the last week of the month and arrive just before the month begins.  This was the November Boodle Box and it arrived at the end of October.

I actually tried to find some spoilers on this one yesterday, but I came up with nothing.  I pretty much knew the theme from their Instagram posts and that was it.

The Information Card

The theme of the November 2014 The Boodle Box Two (that’s the 11+ age group box) was “Fabulous Fall Fun” and included the following items:

~EcoTools Mini Essentials Makeup Brush Set ($5.99): What a great little brush set!  It includes a full powder brush, an eye shading brush and an Angled Eye Liner Brush.  I may have to pull up some You Tube videos and see if I can’t figure out how to apply liquid eyeliner with this brush.

~Herbal Essences Shampoo & Conditioner ($2): Why is it that travel sized products are always way cuter than the full size?  Never fails.  I tend to use less expensive hair products so this is great for me.  It’d work for the gym, traveling, or even at home when you want to try something new.

~Knit Boot Cuffs ($19): I see these types of boot cuffs on Pinterest all the time and have always wanted a pair.  There was something like this on Shark Tank once too.  I love these and would assume a teen would as well.  What’s not to like?

~Chocolate Covered Sunny Seeds ($2.97): I didn’t even know that chocolate covered sunflower seeds actually existed.  I wouldn’t have been overly excited about sunflower seeds, but chocolate covered ones?  Okay, yes, I’m in ;).

~Leather Wrap Bracelet ($13.85): This bracelet buckles like a belt which I think makes it very unique.  I would (will) wear this and don’t think it’s too young for me or too old for a teen. It’s could work with most any outfit for most any age.

~Fall Paper Straws ($2.99): The boys go through lots of straws and they always go for the cute ones like these first.  And to tell you the truth, I do too.

~Physicians Formula Natural Bronzer ($13.99): You can use your new brushes for this bronzer.  It’s got two shades so you can mix it and find what works best for you.

All totaled I came up with a value of $60.79 for the November 2014 The Boodle Box. And as usual, I loved this box.  They always put together such a fantastic box and have been knocking it out of the park since they started in the Spring. If you have a tween / teen girl that you can’t figure out a gift for, I totally recommend this!

Very very cute box and very teen appropriate however I too would love it. LOL

The best way to use those eyeliner brushes is to dip them in water and then use them on eyeshadow to make a liner. It’s the only way I can do a cat eye!

Do you do it in one swipe?

      1. Lauren

No I usually takes me a few swipes to get good, even lines haha. The nice thing about using shadow is that it’s really easy to wipe off mistakes too!

What a great box! I need to keep an eye on this one as a cute gift option for my nieces.
