It’s October subscription box selection time. Here are the subscription box selections for this month:
~Bespoke Post: October Bespoke Post selections are here! The boxes this month are “Highland” and “The Cobbler”. Highlands (which is the one we are going for) includes a Mongolian Wool Scarf, a Grooming Essentials Kit by Port Products and a Balsam Incense Sticks with Holder. The Cobbler includes Cedar Shoe Tree, Leather Wrapped Steel Shoe Horn, Double-Sleeve Shoe Bag and Burgundy Dress Shoe Laces! And if you are a new subscriber, don’t forget to use the code “RESCUE” to get 30% off your first box! If that code isn’t working anymore, let me know and I will try and find a new one. ~FabKids & JustFab: FabKids and JustFab selections are up! Members have till the 5th (used to be the 10th) of the month to make a selection or “Skip” that month. If no selection is made or you do not skip, you will be charged for that month and a credit for one outfit will be added to your account.

~Fabletics: The October Fabletics options are out! If you are new to Fabletics, you can try your first outfit for $25 (half off) with no code necessary, so totally take advantage of that. Members have till the 5th (it used to be the 10th so heads up) of the month to make a selection or “Skip” that month. If no selection is made or you do not skip, you will be charged for that month and a credit for one outfit will be added to your account.

~Hamptons Lane: The October 2014 Hamptons Lane selection is “Spanish Tapas” and includes: Steel Paella Pan ($35), Imperial Spanish Chorizo from Pata Negra ($14.95), Arbequina Olives from Dequmana ($9), Sweet Smoked Paprika, D.O. from La Dalia ($6), Organic Piquillo Peppers from Matiz ($16.95). If you aren’t interested in this box, you are free to Skip it and you will not be charged.

What are you thinking about the October boxes so far? What are you opting in for / out of this month? Note: The “Fab” (JustFab, Fabletics, FabKids) websites appear to be having some issues this morning, so don’t be surprised if you can’t get in.
I’m a bit disappointed with the Fabletics release in Canada. They stated that going forward the US and Canada would have the same releases, unfortunately we only got four new outfits. I had seen pictures from the US site and am loving the blue and pink for the asymmetrical zip jacket. I really hope they start doing the same items soon, or at least more of a selection. We basically just got the really basic plain outfits.
I am so excited for this month’s bespokepost box!! The scarf is going to be perfect and I like the cobbler box they released too. So if next month’s box is a bust maybe I can get that one instead. =)
I haven’t been that into many of the Bespoke boxes this year. But I think I like this one. I suppose it’s a good deal, but it’s hard for me to accept that $45 is a good price for a scarf, 3 oz of skin products and some incense.
I wonder which color scarf is best for a black peacoat.
I’m buying the Cobbler Bespoke box for my husband’s birthday. I like the scarf!
What are your thoughts on the Hamptons Lane box? I haven’t been thrilled about their boxes lately..
