Lip Factory Inc., who kindly sent me this box to review, is an exclusive, affordable (it’s $22/month), makeup subscription service. Most months, like this month, Lip Factory sends a mixture of cosmetic products, but once a quarter they send an “All About the Lips” box.
Lip Factory ships via USPS First Class Mail and takes about a week to arrive. They previously shipped towards the beginning of the month, however, lately they have been shipping more towards the end of the month.
The box looked pretty good at first glance! Some products looked familiar and some were totally new to me.
The October 2014 Lip Factory theme was “You Are Beautiful” and included the following items:
~deVine Lip Shimmers (Rose / Merlot) ($8.95): These are so cool! They are shimmery lip balms made with antioxidants from wine. The only thing better would be if they actually tasted like wine. LOL.
~Frost Cosmetics Lipstick & Lip Gloss ($15.99): This brand has over 150 colors of their lipstick / lip gloss! Wow. I liked the color I received and thought it was shimmery and provided a nice color without being too much.
~Michael Marcus Lipstick ($24): I forgot to look at the actual color of this, but it’s already in a box for my sister-in-law. I’ve never been a lipstick fan and always feel so different when I wear it. Probably because I am just not used to seeing it on myself?
~Frost Makeup Bag ($10.99): I have no idea where my picture of this went.We’ve never received a cosmetic bag from Lip Factory (at least from what I can recall), so while it’s not my favorite item in the box, it’s a fun change of pace.
~Ofra Eyeliner in Grapefruit ($13): I think the actual pencil itself is great and I thought it went on smoothly (at least it did on my hand). I have a friend who I know will love this color too!
~29 Cosmetics Lipstick ($25): This wasn’t on the information card, but from looking around Instagram, it appears that everyone received it! Awesome! Again, this is another sister-in-law (she’s a lipstick addict) item and I know she will love the color.
All totaled I came up with a value of $97.93 for the October 2014 Lip Factory! I can’t say that this was my favorite box from Lip Factory, but it was clearly well worth the $22/month cost. Next month is the super popular “All About the Lips” box which always packs a great value as well!

I thought the “all about the lips” box was put off until November, but I notice there’s nothing but lip products here (unless you count the bag). I had to cancel awhile ago for financial reasons but I would’ve been happy with this (yay, no clear balm!). I have a couple of Michael Marcus lipsticks and I like them.
At first I thought this was the all about the lips box! It has that eyeliner too though.
Haha, I see that I didn’t read too carefully. But they used to send me Ofra lip pencils all the time so I guess I thought that’s what I was seeing in the picture!
I’m so disappointed, I have yet to receive my shipping notice. I emailed them, but its becoming a habit of emailing them almost every month. It really stinks since I live in the same city, I usually get my box last… and now this month I will probably not be getting one at all it is looking like…. My next payment will probably come out before I receive my box. Boooo :*(

I haven’t received my shopping notice for October box eather.
And even more bad news, my September box got lost becouse the used referbished tracking number.
I’m thinking of signing up for next months all lips box. I haven’t gotten this sub before but this month’s looks amazing!! Do you know if I sign up now will I get October as my first box?
Oh and I used to hate lipstick!! Then I started wearing it around the house and before you know it, I was a lipstick junkie! The brighter the better! It is weird at first but once you get used to seeing yourself with it on, you’ll become hooked!
