You know the drill, I am stealing Jen’s Sunday Sentiments button and idea and making it mine tonight!
~What a weekend! Michigan State won and the Lions won, which made the weekend totally fantastic. I expected MSU to win, but that Lions game was looking very bad. B and I watched it at the casino and the place went nuts after that field goal! So fun! A Kansas City win tonight would be the icing on the cake!
~Has anyone seen Sex Tape (the movie not a sex tape)? We watched it last night and I thought it was good. It’s not going to win any awards or anything, but B and I both laughed and were entertained by it. That’s all I am looking for from a movie really.
~I picked up the “Full Mini Kit” from S.W. Basics a week or so ago and I am really liking it. I have tried a few items here and there, but never their entire line all together. Everything is made from scratch and each product has only 5 ingredients or less. If you have looked at the back of a package of, well anything, lately, you know that this is rare. Has anyone tried this stuff (they used to go by the name “Sprout”)? I’ll report back again on it in a few weeks, but so far I highly recommend it.
~Target has done it again with their initial mugs! I went to my favorite Target over the weekend (one I don’t go to a ton) and they had SO much holiday stuff out, including these fantastic mugs for $6.99. B wasn’t as excited as I was, but maybe that’s just because they didn’t have his letter yet? Anyway, I snagged mine and plan on grabbing some for teacher gifts, etc. this year.
~Speaking of holiday shopping, have you started? I have a general idea of what I am getting people, but nothing actually has been purchased yet. I have a few friends on Facebook who have been posting these Christmas Countdowns (8 weeks left) and it’s starting to stress me out!
~A few people asked about L’s costume and while I wish I could take credit and say that I made it, I did not. I ordered it from etsy and am so glad I did because listen, I would have ended up in tears trying to make it on my own. We had the head which he wore to a few events already, but he wanted the body too. He loved it. Totally loved it.
~Uhh, I don’t watch Honey Boo Boo (I don’t watch ALL the trashy tv shows), but I’ve been reading about what’s been going on and what the….?? I mean what? I can’t even.
That’s all for now! See you in the morning!
