November 2014 PetBox

PetBox, who kindly sent me this (Premium) box to review, is a monthly subscription box for pets (dogs or cats) that allows you to select what items you wish to receive in your box!  They are (I believe) the only pet box out there that allows you to do this. You can opt to select your own items for the month or you can opt for a “Surprise Me” box where PetBox will hand-select items for you. You can opt for a dog box, a cat box, or a combination dog / cat box. I receive the “Surprise Me” Premium Dog Box to review on a monthly basis.

The Box

PetBox ships via FedEx Smart Post and took just under a week to arrive to me.

First Look

What a great first look!  This box was packed full and I could already tell I loved it!

The Card

I receive the surprise option I never know what to expect from PetBox since they select your items for you.  If you opt to select your own items you are allotted 800 points (usually 4-6 items) and are able to “shop” with your points (items are assigned point values in the store). Here is what I received in the surprise option:

~Exclusively Dog Cookies Mini Grahams Dog Treats (140pts) ($5.56): I couldn’t find these exact treats on PetBox, but I found a similar box so I used those points.  We’ve never received these before which is awesome.  They are mini graham crackers for dogs and I think that Baxter and Buddy actually thought they were human food because they ran off like they really got something amazing!

~tomlyn Relax & Calm Chews (~280 points) ($11.15): These are for medium and large dogs, so I am going to pass these on to my brothers dogs to enjoy!  I could totally break them in half for my dogs, but we like to share.

~J. Nicolay All Natural Dog Treats (points unknown) ($8.95): This is another totally new brand / item for us!  These treats are made in Redding, CA from scratch using all natural ingredients.  I am going to split these between my brothers dogs and mine as well so everyone can enjoy them.

~Happy Howie’s Turkey Sausage (points unknown) ($6.49): Such an awesome treat for the furries!  It’s hard to tell if the dogs even tasted any of it because they were gone SO FAST.

~Jolly Pets Jolly Bone (150 points) ($6.64): Oh this is totally going up-north next summer.  It floats!  Buddy likes to play fetch in the lake (it’s the only time he actually likes to play fetch) and this will be great.

Jolly Pets Jolly Bone

~gnawsome Small Squeaker Ball (100 points) ($1.08): I swear I thought this was a kids toy.  I think WB has the same exact ball.  LOL! We’ll see who plays with this more.  The kids or the dogs.  I am guessing the kids will.

~tomlyn Opticlear Eyewash (points unknown) ($7.12): My dogs may not agree, but this is my favorite item in the box.  They both get lots of “stuff” in their eyes and this will help get it all out.

All totaled I came up with value of $46.99 for the November 2014 PetBox!  I absolutely loved the variety of items I received this month and thought it was great box!
