October 2014 Twenty Fourward

Twenty Fourward, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly t-shirt subscription service. Each month, you will receive an exclusive, one-of-a-kind shirt designed by an up and coming street-wear brand. Designs are only available to Twenty Fourward members and of the $25 monthly cost of the box, $4 from each box is donated to that month’s selected partner.  You can select between Men’s or Women’s t-shirts and they come in both crew-neck and v-neck.

The Box

Twenty Fourward ships via USPS during the third week of the month. Purchases through 11/30 will receive their first boxes in December. Purchases from 12/1 – 12/31 will receive their first box in January.

First Look

I was somewhat surprised at how small the box for this was. I don’t know why I thought a t-shirt would need a larger box, but it totally doesn’t.  And as you can see, the presentation was great and the shirt was perfectly rolled up.

The Information Card

The October 2014 Twenty Fourward box included the following:

~Matias Parrague T-Shirt: The October 2014 t-shirt was designed by Matias Parrague and benefits SOS Children’s Villages.  I requested a v-neck t-shirt and I totally love the t-shirts they use.  They are long (LOVE that) and very soft.  And this design is very unique!  I love the pink and yellow flowers on it and think it’s really cool.

The Extras: Each box also includes a few extra goodies which I thought was a fun surprise. I will be using that fruit strip in L’s lunch this week and probably that mummy too!

Extra Goodies

Since all the designs are unique to Twenty Fourward there is no way to do a cost breakdown on this box.  However, I didn’t think the $25 price tag was out of line.  I am certain I have paid more than that for a t-shirt in the past and it certainly wasn’t a one of a kind item ;).
