February 2015 GLOSSYBOX Subscription Box Review
February 2015 GLOSSYBOX

GLOSSYBOX, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly beauty subscription box.  It costs $21/month and includes five luxury surprise beauty items shipped to your door. GLOSSYBOX does sometimes have some issues with late shipping, but they put typically put together amazing boxes that far exceed the cost so I don’t mind.

The Box

GLOSSYBOX ships via USPS. I received this box early for review purposes, but I also have a subscription of my own. I usually receive my boxes in the second half of the month.

The GLOSSYBOX Box

The February 2015 GLOSSYBOX is a special “LOVE” printed GLOSSYBOX. And it’s even cuter in person than it looked in the spoiler pictures. I will be saving this one!

First Look

We received full spoilers on this box earlier in the week, but I didn’t know for sure how large all of the products were. I was absolutely thrilled when I opened this up and realized that almost everything was full-sized!

The Information Card

The February 2015 GLOSSYBOX doesn’t have a stated theme, but it was very “pink”. Here is what was inside:

~RITUALS COSMETICS Foaming Shower Gel Sensation (Yogi Flow) ($15): This is one of the coolest shower products I have seen to date. Like the name says, it’s foaming and it smells good. It reminds me of a shave gel. It starts out as a gel and then mixed with water it gets all foamy. I have no idea where they sell this in stores, but I will be needing more.

~Unwash bio-cleansing conditioner ($6.67): So this is a shampoo and conditioner in one. I had no idea there was a name for shampoo / conditioner combos, but it’s “co-washing”. I didn’t wash my hair today specifically so that I could test this tomorrow morning!

~Julep Color Treat Nail Polish (Heartleigh) ($6.99): I received this in my February Julep box and loved it and I love this one as well.

~Jelly Pong Pong Fairy Lashes Curl Mascara ($22): GLOSSYBOX is the only subscription box I can ever recall seeing Jelly Pong Pong products in. It dried fairly quickly and didn’t clump, which pretty much what I look for in mascara these days.

~Royal Apothic Tinties Lip Butter in Pink ($14): I totally saved the best for last. I am totally 100% obsessed with the Royal Apothic brand and go crazy when I see it in a subscription box. This lip butter is the perfect wash of color and is in the fanciest little container. Love.

All totaled I came up with a value of $64.66 for the February 2015 GLOSSYBOX. I can’t even explain how happy I am with this box. It’s just fantastic! I’m already looking forward to getting my second on later in the month!

What do you think of this month’s GLOSSYBOX? Do you love it as much as I do? If you are a new subscriber and are interested in ordering you can use the coupon code “AIMODSTER15” to get a free blue and black ARDENCY INN’s MODSTER eyeliner in your February box. I do want to give you a heads up though – the “LOVE” GLOSSYBOX boxes are only available while supplies last, so make sure you get your orders in early this month! One they are gone, February box will arrive in the plain pink GLOSSYBOX boxes. Still cute, but not quite as fabulous.

Disclosure: This complimentary box was sent for review purposes. As always, all opinions are my own and no compensation was received.
