I cancelled after February, but I would have been really happy with this box. Definitely perfect curation! I definitely wouldn’t be happy about paying $59 bucks though, not sure if that pricing applied to this box.

I did not get this box this time, im trying so hard to cut back boxes. But they totally nailed it this box! Very nice curation. Lovely job!
I like! I wish all my dipping bowls had the same patter variation–I have 3 with the same pattern but different complimentary colors, and the 4th one is just like “Uh, what happened?” Also not a fan of the unglazed dish. The towel is really nice and soft though, and food is always welcome! I got a pesto with truffles, which I LOVE truffles, pesto I can’t have…sigh. I love this box, but…I don’t. It will make a nice dinner tonight with the noodles and oil and vinegar though, since I love trying gourmet fixings but rarely fork over the cash for them, I am happy I have to say overall. Tempted to try and wrangle a trade for a 4th dipping bowl that is simiolar….LOVE those little bowls. I have 3 with flowers, and 1 with a pear. Soooo weird.
My box and my daughters box have the 3 same patterned, then a slightly different one that seems to have a olive & branch or plum and branch.
My fourth has a rooster. I kind of like that they don’t match.
I’ve been trying to cut back on boxes (again) but glad I got this one. I think I will stick with LBB a little while longer. This month’s curation is hands-down my second favorite box in terms of contents after one from PopSugar last year. LBB totally hit it out of the ballpark for me.
I love the June theme (I have that Coco Chanel quote in vinyl lettering on my office wall) and can only hope that box will be just as good.
I love this box so much! I had to laugh when I read their spoiler for June’s box. “No temporary tattoos, we promise!” I think they really take the reviews they see to heart. This has become my favorite subscription. May will be a long month without it. 🙂
I do love this box and the curation. I like it more and more as I look and check out the contents. But unfortunetly the top, first item was the Jewelry dish which is still a big disappointment…I think it’s the crafters hurried mistake. It’s too large, 5 almost 6 inches ( this will in no way fit on a kitchen window ledge)it’s strange misshapen circular form, looks like quickly flattened lump of bread dough with no design. If you pick it up and turn it over there is a lace imprint there underneath….. But you don’t see it until you pick it up and turn it over. Frankly it’s ugly and I don’t want it taking up space on my counter… Ugh! Only way to gift this thing would be as a white elephant gag gift. Do you think LLB would exchange it for a properly made edition? This thing is plain ugly.
At first I thought it was supposed to be that way and I didn’t like it either, but I think it is a mistake piece and the stamping is supposed to be in the bowl vs. underneath. I bet LLB will make it right.
Overall, I love the box I received from LLB today! My “odd man out” dipping bowl has a couple of small olives and branch, but the colors do go with the other patterns. However, I jewelry dish was mis-made somehow. The vintage-lace design that they refer to is on the bottom of the dish. So the part you see is just plain, unglazed white. How did that happen?!?!
I LOVE this box. Will be staying on now. This was my 3rd deciding box and they did good 🙂 only thing I don’t like is the jewelry dish. It looks like I took fimo clay and smashed it down then accidentally made some markings in it. Definitely no lace pattern there. 🙁
Do you know when we will be able to order the full-size all of oil or vinegar from the shop? So far, they aren’t there.
Just checked and ordered mine. Looks like there are about 3-5 choices.
