Kloverbox is a great way to try premium, all-natural and organic products for beauty, health, nutrition and convenience. Each month you will receive the best natural, cruelty-free and organic beauty, lifestyle, nutrition and healthy home products. Boxes are $25/month and will have a value of a least double the cost of the box.
Kloverbox ships via USPS Priority Mail – generally between the 15th and 18th of the month. Just like the last few months, this box shipped later than that.
Nothing jumped out at me in this first look. In all fairness though, I also couldn’t see too much.
The August 2015 Kloverbox theme was “Detox & Diminish” and included the following items:
~Angel Face Botanicals Super Detox Facial Cleanser (2.3oz) ($13): This is a super-detoxifying cleanser made with activated charcoal and argan oil. I love products with charcoal in them so I used this one before bed last night and again this morning. So far so good. My skin is in desperate need of some detox, but that’s mainly because I try so many different products and don’t give my skin much of a break.
~Jacq’s Organics Fancy Detox Cleansing Bar (3oz) ($6): This bar soap also contains charcoal – along with Haitian castor oil and coconut oil. It doesn’t smell like charcoal though, it smells like a combination of citrus and florals. I think it’s designed for the face, but it would work all over your body.
~Bedrock & Bloom Smart Ash (1g) ($3): I find these absolutely fascinating. It’s a non-abrasive tooth whitening powder. You never would have guessed that by looking at it would you? I wouldn’t have. It’s messy, but word is it works. I have been using a different teeth whitening product so I am going to let B test this one out!
~MyChelle Dermaceuticals Wrinkle Spot Treatment (.27oz) ($38.50): I love that this has a rollerball application! It says it provides instant plumping to troublesome areas, but I didn’t see much of that. I did feel great going on though and my skin did feel smoother.
~Traditional Medicinals – Organic Herbal Tea Supplement (Samples): These are a bonus item in the box and don’t have a value assigned to them. I will pass them on to my cousin to enjoy.
All totaled I came up with a value of $60.50 for the August 2015 Kloverbox. I enjoyed the box and the contents, but I didn’t love it. The value was well over double the cost, but I just felt like something was missing? Maybe it was because the samples (while valuable) were on the smaller side this month?

Maybe the issue is that per your description at the top, you’re supposed to receive 6-8 premium products to sample but you only got 4 + bonus items (which shouldn’t count and you don’t drink tea…) I’ve been thinking of subbing to KloverBox but I’m glad I didn’t bc I would be disappointed.
Ohh, maybe? I wonder when that changed? I just looked at their site and it doesn’t give any quantity ranges anymore. I need to change that!
I subscribed a couple months ago based off of one of your reviews. It seemed like such a great box. But the two boxes I received have been disappointing. This box was a real let-down, and I immediately went to unsubscribe…however I changed my mind and am going to give them another month. I also want to see what the kid’s box will hold.
