~Good morning! Lots happening around here this week! I’ve been working on some PTO stuff, we hit up the library, got the basement and playroom cleaned, went to open swim and B and I even snuck in a date night. It’s been a good week. I even won a little at the casino on date night. Not a ton, but enough to pay for our dinner. Whenever B and I go out downtown (Detroit) we try to hit up a new place we’ve never been before. There are SO many cool places to eat down there. Anyway, we ended up at Mercury Burger Bar in Corktown. If you are ever in Detroit for sure check it out.
~I still have an assortment of subscription boxes coming this week including Linen Crate, GlobeIn, the Birchbox for CEW Limited Edition Boxes, Flicker and Flame, A Little Bundle (to be real I don’t even know if this has shipped yet) and a few others. We have gotten a ton of August subscription box spoilers already including ones from PopSugar Must Have Box, BOXYCHARM and GLOSSYBOX. You can check them all out in the “Spoilers” tab which I update constantly.
~The Fall 2015 KEEP Collective line launched today! The line includes a ton of cute new pieces including the collaboration with the Kind Campaign! If you are thinking about placing an order, but what to know what your finished product will look like first, shoot me an e-mail and I will do a “mock-up” for you. I know it’s hard to imagine what it will look like all together, so this should solve it. I will also post a few pictures on Instagram once I get my Fall goodies! Eek!
~A few things I am loving right now: Hootsuite (finally an app to manage two Instagram accounts), red grapes (I am basically addicted), DVD rentals from the library, OMI’s “Cheerleader” song, sumer thunderstorms and wood floors (I watched way too much HGTV when B was gone). Anything you are super into right now? What book(s) are you reading? I am planning on starting
~The Target Summer toy clearance has started! The employees at my store were moving all the clearance toys into one aisle yesterday. It seemed like most things that I picked up were 50% off (including the legos I ended up buying), but I am hearing other people finding lots of stuff at 70% off as well. Let me know if you find anything good!

We have a restaurant called Old Mexican Inn near where I grew up, we call it OMI for short and it’s a pretty popular restaurant of you live in central/east Texas. So when I read that I thought Old Mexican Inn “Cheerleader” song. LOL… such a weird thought!
I’m obsessed with 1920 houses – brick, wood floor, beautiful casing and built ins, and tons of windws.

Darn! That isn’t working for me. It didn’t include my sample choice–and it included two things I’ve previously received. That means I have to wait FOUR WHOLE DAYS! Ha ha ha! It will be a struggle but I think I will pull through.
