Yogi Surprise is a monthly care package designed to complement your healthy lifestyle. Within each Yogi Surprise you’ll receive 6-8 full size products ranging from unique yoga accessories and natural beauty items to herbal tonics, organic snacks and super food essentials. One subscriber per month will also win that month’s Yogi Surprise retreat.
Yogi Surprise ships via USPS Priority Mail in the first half of the month and, once shipped, generally takes just two days to arrive to me.
Yogi Surprise generally releases a spoiler or two before the box ships, but the rest of this month’s box was a total surprise to me.
The November 2015 Yogi Surprise theme was “The Gift of Gratitude” and contained the following items:
~Breath Perception: A Daily Guide to Stress Relief, Mindfulness and Inner Peace ($13.41): This book includes 261 simple mindful breathing techniques to calm your body and mind. I briefly flipped through it and I think it’s going to be quite helpful.
~Yummi Yogi Cookie Cutters ($8): I actually have a yogi cookie cutter in a different position and am thrilled that I now have a second! It’s sturdy and you don’t have to worry about it losing it’s shape like some cookie cutters do.
~Yuni Beauty Instant Shower Sheets ($12): These have peppermint in them so I found them to be a little tingly. They were loaded with just the right about of moisture (not too dry and you didn’t feel like you needed to towel off after either) and I’m a fan. I am going to take the package up-north because I always feel like I need a shower up there.
~Laughing Giraffe Organics Pumpkin Spice Snackaroons ($4.99): What doesn’t come in “pumpkin spice” these day? I will admit, these are a tasty treat. And I thought that the pumpkin spice flavor hid the coconut quite well ;).
~Sibu Beauty Sea Buckthorn Age Defying Eye Cream ($24.95): Sea Buckthron is a source of Vitamins C, A and E, beta-carotene, minerals, amino acids and fatty acids These work together to visibly reduce the appearance of wrinkles, dark circles & puffiness. I haven’t had it long enough see a difference, but it sounds promising.
~Banyan Botanicals Nasya Oil ($10.95): I am oddly excited about this. It’s a nasal oil that soothes and protects the nasal passage while nourishing the tissues. This is supposed to release tension in the head and relieve accumulated stress as well. My sinuses are such a problem and this would be a much easier solution than surgery. I really hope it works!
All totaled I came up with a value of $74.30 for the November 2015 Yogi Surprise. I loved this month and think it had a great variety of goodies!
