Today I’m Smiling Because…

~My cousins made it down here from up-north safe and sound! The roads were horrible and it turned their 3.5 hour trip into a 6 hours one, but they made it!

~I tested the A Beautiful Mess clay ring dish project yesterday and I think I love it! I need to some tweaking when I mix the clay colors, but it was easy and so pretty!

~B started on the wood floor in my office last night.  It’s looking great!

~L and W are on Christmas break!  They (and B) have the next two weeks off and I am so excited.

~I got my Starbucks Ugly Sweater Cozie yesterday!  I felt a little silly ordering a frappuccino 9am when it was 20 degrees out, but it was worth it!

~We are having a big family dinner tonight at a BBW place I have been wanting to try for ages.  And then it’s off to see the lights at the zoo!

That’s it from here! What’s got you smiling today?

How do you get a cozy?? Do you have to buy a certain drink and ask for it?

It was yesterday only. You had to order a frappuccino.

I love your ring dish! I hope you will share your other combinations with us! I am giving it a shot on Monday I think. Maybe tomorrow. I bought white, blue, red, green, and like a fuschia color. I might mix some of the colors with the white before hand and then hopefully come up with an ombr? ish effect.
