Dear People Who Have Made Their Own Balloon Arch, This is totally doable right?  I feel like it is, but I also feel like I should confirm this with someone who has actually made one.

Balloon arches are really simple. After making one for my daughter’s birthday, I wondered why we don’t make them every year. Simple and inexpensive, and they make a huge impact.

I had to update my iPhone, update my Instagram and then delete and reinstall Instgram before mine showed up!!!!
