~Good evening! I can’t believe that Winter Break is over! It’s back to school for the boys tomorrow. I suspect they won’t be too excited about getting up ;).

~I tried my hardest to avoid the Target 90% off Valentine’s Day clearance, but I will admit I got sucked in. I bought two pillows ($1.49 each), a mug ($0.39) and then a few items from the dollar spot (kids winter hats, a cell phone case, crayons, markers, a dry erase board, etc.) that ranged from $0.10 – $0.30 cents each. The majority of items from the dollar spot that are part of the clearance will have a black star on the label, and you should see a hard on the tag of other items (like the mug). And, of course, if it looks like a Valentine’s Day item, it probably is.
~My bedroom is basically back to normal. We (well me since B is out of town) had been sleeping on just the box spring / mattress because we were getting a new frame / headboard (and selling our old set). Well, the frame is all set up and the headboard is done! I had an old friend of mine who does custom woodworking make us a headboard out of reclaimed barnwood. I debated between wood and one of those gorgeous upholstered fabric ones, but ultimately went with wood. I absolutely love how it came out! I can’t wait for B to see it in person when he gets home. I feel like it has made our bedroom seem a ton bigger too. We had a sleigh headboard and footboard before and our bedroom is just not set up to hold a bed that big.
~Have you seen any good movies lately? Watching any good new shows on Netflix? I need some new stuff to watch. I know that Deadliest Catch and Catfish are coming back on soon, but I need some new recommendations too!
