BarkBox March 2016 Subscription Box Review + Coupon Code
BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for dogs. Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and hygiene products that have been hand-selected and approved by Scout (the dog), head product tester for BarkBox. All treats included in the boxes are sourced from the USA and Canada, and chews are sourced from the USA, Canada, South America, Australia and New Zealand, so you can be assured that your pet is only getting safe, high-quality items. Boxes can be customized based on the size of your pet (I get the Small box for the furries) and you can add an extra toy to your box for an extra $9/month. We have been getting BarkBox for ages and have always been satisfied with them.

BarkBox ships via DHL Global Mail (starts out with DHL and is delivered by the Post Office) and took just a few days to arrive this month. I generally expect it to arrive on or around the 20th of the month.

The March 2016 BarkBox theme was “Sherlock Bones” and included the following items:

~Harvey Barker Scottie Dog Toy ($12): I don’t know what got into Buddy (my Yorkie), but he could not wait to get his paws on this.  He wouldn’t even let me take the tags off.  He clearly shares my love for plaid.

BarkBox March 2016 Subscription Box Review + Coupon Code~The Old Timer Pocket Watch ($10): This is a rope toy (except the top is made out of t-shirt material) and soft squeaker toy in one.  Since the boys went for the Scottie dog first, I decide to put this away for later.

~I’d Rather Be With My Dog Trainers ($8): These are Beef, Bacon & Eggs flavor and are grain-free, gluten-free and also dairy-free. We tested them out right away, and Baxter & Buddy loved them!  They are small and soft(ish), and I thought my dogs were going to try and stick their heads in the bag to get more.

~My Doggy Soft Baked Cookies (Peanut Butter) ($7.49): These all-natural treats are made in the USA and contain no preservatives.  They are wheat and corn free and seemed to be a little harder than the previous ones, but my dogs still loved them.  And I thought the little paw imprint on them was adorable.

~Barkworthies Gullet Jerky 6″ ($2): I know to expect a battle between my dogs for this one, so I am holding off for a bit on it! Even if we received two of them, they would still insist on fighting for them.

All totaled I came up with a value of $39.49 for the March 2016 BarkBox.  I feel like BarkBox has really been stepping things up lately and love not only the themes but the value as well.
