The Boodle Box (Two) May 2016 Subscription Box Review
The Boodle Box is a monthly subscription box full of adorable accessories and beauty products that encourage girls of all ages (boxes are broken down into a 5-10 age group and an 11+ age group) to uncover new things and discover themselves in the process! This box is for the 11+ age group (aka Boodle Box Two), but you don’t have to be a tween or teen to enjoy it.  I am well over that age and love it!

The Boodle Box ships via USPS. Boxes arrive at the very beginning of the month (or at the end of the previous month), which I love.

The Boodle Box (Two) May 2016 Subscription Box Review
The May 2016 The Boodle Box theme was “Fabulously Fruity” and included the following:

~Wide Patterned Headband ($12.98): I love the watercolor flowers on this and I love even more that it doesn’t squeeze my head.  I get headaches when headbands are too tight, but so far so good with this one.  It holds my hair in place perfectly too.  Also, for every product purchased at Banded2gether.com, they will provide 3 meals for a child in need.

~Aloha Pineapple 3D Air Freshener ($2.99):There are probably better smelling air fresheners out there, but there aren’t cuter ones!  This is supposed to smell like pineapples, but I am not too sure it actually does.  It smells vaguely of citrus, but in a cardboard type way.  It looks adorable in my office though.

~Tropical Nail & Cuticle Tattoos ($4.99): These are nail wraps in fun tropical patterns and animals, but they also have matching cuticle tattoos.  I had no idea that cuticle tattoos were a thing, but I think I love them.

~Juice Beauty Organic Oil-Free Moisturizer (0.5fl.oz) ($7): This moisturizer is lightweight and oil-free and contains a blend of certified organic grape, pomegranate, soothing aloe vera, vitamins, antioxidants and nutrient-rich sea algae.  The sample size is enough for a few weeks of use or would be great to toss in a travel bag.

~Amazonite Necklace ($14.99):  This is a delicate Amazonite stone (it’s a pale aqua) on a silver chair.  Great for all ages and can work for a variety of different styles as well.

~Metallic Tattoos ($1.99): I wasn’t seeing how these related to this month’s theme at first and then I saw the pineapples!  I know there are some crafty projects that these tattoos can be used for, so I will need to get googling.

~Beauty Boost Trio ($6.99): The last item in the box was a “Use Me Once” Beauty Boost Trio.  The set includes a Cucumber Hand Cream, Paw Paw Pomegranate Face Mask and Almond Hair Mask.  All are individually packaged with just enough product for one use.  I feel like these would be adorable as a sleepover goodie bag item.
The Boodle Box (Two) May 2016 Subscription Box Review

All totaled I came up with a value of $51.93 for the May 2016 The Boodle Box.  I think this was one of my favorite boxes from them.  Everything was fun and cute and, as usual, I wish they had a box like this when I was younger.
