Today I’m Smiling Because…
~L turned 8 yesterday! It felt like such a “big” number birthday for some reason and I even think he looks older!
~L brought home all of his “Star of the Week” drops yesterday and reading them was amazing. Each classmate fills out a “drop” (it’s just a piece of paper shaped like a raindrop) with encouraging words, reasons why they like that person, etc. for the Star of the Week and also a draws a picture. It’s just so sweet to see what they write to each other and it makes them so happy. I love it!
~B’s not traveling again for another few weeks.
~Thanks to you all I have so many great new shows to check out! Thank you!
~This guy. We were running errands this week and I mentioned we needed to go to the Apple Store. And he commented “Are we are going apple picking?”. I am not sure if he was kidding me or not, but I was cracking up.
