White Willow Box ships from Canada and took about a week to arrive.  It ships directly from Canada and must clear customs, so it may take a few weeks or it could just take a few days.

This month’s box was a tad delayed due to the potential Canada Post strike.  White Willow Box had looked into some other options for shipping (and I believe even shipped some boxes via FedEx), but Canada Post contract negotiations continue so shipping is continuing as normal at this time.  Updates were sent to subscribers throughout the process and I think White Willow Box did a good job keeping subscribers in the loop.

The July 2016 White Willow Box included the following:

~My Metallics Collection Mug “Believe” by Ashen ($13.78): Love this mug!  It’s made from Bone China and designed by Lauren O’Brien.  I have quite a mug collection and this will be a gorgeous addition.  I do need to remember that this is NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.  I am assuming that’s because of the gold decal(s) on it.  I probably should use this to hold pens on my desk so I don’t end up ruining it.

~Makeup Bag by Sweet Water Decor ($20): This makeup bag is  8″x9″ and has a 1.5″ bottom to hold all of your essentials.  It’s made of cotton canvas and is super roomy.  Way big enough to hold all of your overnight essentials, plus some.

~Split Pan Bronzer & Highlighter by Manna Kadar Cosmetics ($21): I thought I already had one of these and didn’t swatch it, but I guess I don’t have one after all? It just launched in July so this must be the first box it’s ever been in.  It has a bronzer to give you a fabulous glow and a highlighter for all over illuminating.  It’s paraben-free, cruelty-free and allergy tested.

~Dulce de Leche Caramel Spread by Caramoomel Natural Fine Food Creations ($4.59): You could just eat this out of the jar by the spoonful (I wouldn’t judge you), but it’d also be amazing on ice-cream (or really anything and everything you could think of).  It’s gluten-free and is made in a peanut and tree nut free facility. So yummy!

~White Bud Vases ($9.19):  These bud vases will match most any decor and and can be used with real or faux flowers. One of mine arrived chipped on the top, but it’s hardly noticeable so I am not going to contact them about it.  I did receive a broken item from them a few months back and they sent me a replacement along with my box the following month without any hassle at all.

All totaled the July 2016 White Willow had a value of $68.56 (USD).  That is a great value for White Willow and I am really happy with this box.  It feels like a treat to open and everything was luxurious and high-quality.
