~Good morning! Just a normal week around here. W has a field trip, the school has a Back To School Party at Dave & Busters, but other than that it’s just a normal week. Now that the boys are back in school I have been trying to get all my assorted chores (like the leak in the basement, scrubbing grout, etc.) / appointments (dermatologist, eye doctor – on the to do list, etc) taken care of and it’s been keeping me quite busy. Don’t forget those annual skin checks! They make me very nervous (even more so when they want to remove something), but it’s so important!
~This weekend wasn’t overly exciting, but it was productive. B spent a lot of time working on his car and I got lots of stuff done around the house (and watched all of my teams lose their football games). We also hit up Golden Corral for breakfast. L is all about breakfast buffets! So far nothing is has the Disney breakfast buffets beat, but we’ll keep trying.
~I saw this wallet in a POPSUGAR article last night and yeah, it looks amazing. I am not normally one to get all excited about a wallet and I realize this is super random, but this one is speaking to me. LOL! And it’s $14. The only thing that would make this more perfect is a wrist strap. I am still deciding on a color, but I will report back when it arrives.
~Have you tried the new Maple Pecan Latte from Starbucks? What about the Cookie Butter Oreo Cookies? Thoughts?

The Cookie Butter Oreos are okay. They aren’t my favorite, but I do like the graham cracker outside and my son likes the cookie butter because it’s all he eats from it.
I tried the Maple pecan latte over the weekend, since I am still in the challenge I asked for coconut milk and I really likedit, sweet enough with a good nutty flavor. I recommend it ?
Now that my kids are in different schools (middle and elementary) and swimming trainnings my life is getting crazy; change to middle school is a lot ? but I hope that in other 2 weeks we will get a better control of the schedules for everything ?

Cookie butter Oreos are delicious! Definitely better than the apple pie ones, which were just ok. (A number of people at my office said the apple ones had a gross aftertaste, which I didn’t get, they just weren’t top of my list.)
