Play! by Sephora Review - September 2017

The September 2017 Play! by Sephora theme is “It’s Fall Good” and included the following items:

~Wander Beauty Wanderout Lipstick (Wanderberry) ($15): Wanderberry is a fairly bold matte burgundy shade. It’s long-last and formulated without Parabens and Phthalates.  It’s moisturizing, and the packaging is just gorgeous.  It doesn’t work like this for all the shades, but the tube and the Wanderberry lipstick are just about a perfect match.

~fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream (7mL) ($6.30): Lotus Youth Preserve is a lightweight daily moisturizer proven to prevent visible signs of aging.  It’s designed to last for 24 hours, but I’ve never tested that ;).  I can tell you that it works, doesn’t make my skin breakout and smells great!

~Algenist Genius Ultimate Anti-Aging Cream ($12.88): If the fresh cream above isn’t moisturizing enough for you, give this one a try! It’s ultra rich and will visibly brighten, hydrate, firm, lift, improve elasticity, and smooth fine lines and wrinkles.  It’s formulated without Parabens, Sulfates, and Phthalates and I could see the difference after just a few uses.Play! by Sephora Review - September 2017

~Sephora Contour Eye Pencil 12 Hour in Black ($4): If I never received another black eyeliner in a subscription box, I would be okay with that. LOL!  This isn’t bad, it’s just that I don’t use eyeliner.

~Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask (11.8mL) ($1.80): A subscription box favorite!  It restores hydration and strengthens hair.  I used it weekly and this stuff, along with Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse, has done wonders for my hair.

~Touch In Sol Metallist Liquid Foil & Glitter Eye Shadow Duo (~$7):  Gold glitter!  The glitter is highly pigmented, but it’s so pretty.  Super shimmery and long lasting.  I love it.Play! by Sephora Review - September 2017
