Miss Mailbox is the new sister subscription box from Mommy Mailbox. Just like Mommy Mailbox, boxes are carefully curated to make lives better, easier and sweeter, but without the “mommy” name. Boxes contain products which typically retail for between $55-$75, and each box contains 4-6 surprise gifts that change each month.

Miss Mailbox ships via USPS during the first week of the month (or the last few days of the previous month). They had a fulfillment issue this month which caused a shipping delay. It was well communicated to subscribers, and I have found their customer service to be very responsive.

This is the first ever Miss Mailbox so opening it up was extra fun. It will generally have the same items as Mommy Mailbox unless there is a Mommy specific item – then a substitution will be made.

The November 2017 Miss Mailbox was curated by Ainsley Anderson, co-founder of Mommy Mailbox. The box included the following items:

~Lucky Feather Shine Bright Bar Necklace ($18): This necklace is dipped in 14K gold, nickel-free and on a 16-18″ chain.  It’s simple and will compliment every outfit – day or night. Miss Mailbox Review + Coupon Code - November 2017

~Ocean Elemental Bath Bomb – Grateful Heart ($7.95): Grateful Heart has citrus and berry notes for a “sweet aroma that reminds you of all you have to be grateful for.”   I have mentioned it before, but my 5-year-old has a new addiction to bath bombs and will be thrilled about this!

~Sailor Paper Company Treat Kit & Gift Bags ($10): The set includes 12 clear self-adhesive plastic bags and “Handmade With Love” printed toppers.  Perfect for treating your co-workers and neighbors to some of your delicious homemade cookies!

~Sailor Paper Company Gift Tags ($5): These will dress up any gift!  Don’t laugh, but I have been known to use gift tags as ornaments on Christmas trees as well!  They are a cute and inexpensive way to decorate.

~cargo_HD Picture Perfect Lip Primer (3.5g) ($10.44):  Lip primer isn’t sent in a lot of subscription boxes, so this is great!  It smoothes and defines lips to help your lipstick stay on for ages.  It also helps stop your lipstick from bleeding, which is one of my main complaints when I do wear lipstick.

~Cargo Cosmetics Essential Lip Color (Santa Fa) ($15.40): The information card doesn’t specify a color, so I am guessing shades will vary.  Mine is a beautiful neutral that went on smoothly and evenly. It’s described as moisturizing and plumping, but I didn’t see any difference?  I did think it moisturized well!

~Marich Chocolates Toffee Almonds Milk Chocolate ($2.25): I have to admit, these are good.  They are California almonds coated with sweet toffee and then covered in creamy milk chocolate.  Crunchy, chocolatey and yummy!

All totaled I came up with a value of $69.04 for the November 2017 Miss Mailbox. Such a fun box!  If you shied away from Mommy Mailbox because of the name, you don’t have to anymore!
