My profile is totally wrong, it is not MY choices. I can’t change it! I don’t know my password because I always sign in with Facebook. And i can’t find a password recovery or a contact email. If i remember correctly, this is why i ended up cancelling. I thought I would give ipsy another try but if i can’t change my preferences (which aren’t me at all) its pointless. I’ll just keep getting items that I’ll never even try.
I decided to try you guys out.
After I paid with my credit card I notice I did not get any validation for my purchase.
I also regretfully read the disappointments with your customers.
I am going to give you a reasonable time of service if you seem to be as these people have claim I will file a fraud report with ( better buisness )
And also I will show my proof you took my money in exchange of services.
The very reason I will pursue this is because you swithch and baited to a wait list never mentioned in the beginning of membership. Also a forced face book acknowledging of your product I never received in a order yet.
I really want to believe you guys are ligit. Prove to me you are.
