We will take the kids to the local parade. I try steer them away from the over commercial and alcohol side of the St Patrick’s Day celebrations here. Being Irish born and raised, I find it a little overwhelming here how much our Irish National Saints day is shown as being a binge drinking day. At home it’s more a celebration, you spend the day with your family and go to the parades.
