I had no idea what my variations were, so I was excited to dig in!
The February 2019 BOXYCHARM theme is “AFTER GLOW” and included the following items:
~Sol De Janeiro Coco Cabana Cream (75mL) ($20): What smells better than this cream? Not too much actually. Sephora describes the scent as warm and spicy, which I suppose is technically correct, but I would describe it as a buttery coconut sugar cookie. It is strong, so if that is not your thing, I would avoid this. I have been using it on my hands and arms and it has made my skin softer and smoother.
~Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara (full-size) ($24): As usual I will mention that I do not wear mascara because I have lash extensions. This mascara has been around for ages and is a cult favorite. If you are looking for a new mascara and do not know where to start, try this one.
~Pretty Vulgar Shimmering Swan Highlighter ($32): Oh so pretty! Shimmering Swan powder highlighter is a highly pigmented, long-wearing shimmer highlighter formula designed to provide a radiant glow from any angle. Cheeks, eyes, lips, you name it, this works.
~Nudestix Magnetic Luminous Eye Color ($24): This is so me. Easy to apply (I used my fingers to blend), long-lasting and OMG the shimmer! It also works on cheekbones.
~Touch in Sol No Poreblem Primer ($18): No Poreblem is a light, silky primer that blurs the look of pores and wrinkles, while enhancing the wear of makeup. I do not wear foundation often, but I do like to wear primer alone. You get a nice blur effect, but it does not feel like you have anything on your skin at all.
All totaled I came up with a value of $118 for my February 2019 BOXYCHARM. YAAASSS! This box was a complete win for me and the value was incredible (as usual for Boxy).
